The location is inconvenient and quite distant from everywhere.
Pros:

The room was cleaned daily, and breakfast options were adequate.

Cons:

The entire hotel has a strong smell, despite advertising no-smoking rooms. Both the hallways and the rooms have a noticeable cigarette odor. Additionally, the hotel is located far from any amenities; it sits right in the middle of a highway surrounded by numerous bridges. There are no restaurants, malls, or even shops nearby to purchase drinks. Luckily we only stayed 2 nights.

I enjoyed staying at Hangzhou Haixin Hotel. Breakfast was good, with a lot of options.
Pros:

Breakfast was really good. Lots of option of foods and drinks. Fruits were fresh. Foods were hot and fresh. Breakfast staff was nice and helpful. Location was not so good. There were not many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Metro station is about 10 minutes or 15 minutes walking, depends on your pace. The hotel staff was nice, helpful, and speak some English.

Cons:

I missed a refrigerator. The hotel could have a small refrigerator in the room.

Mid. But ok if you are on a very tight budget

Nice location and staff.

Cons:

The walls are very think, you can hear everything.
The toilet was clocked… it was not possible to flush it, we called someone to do it but he just came quickly and said it was ok. And the same night we had another problem.

Un buen hotel y céntrico, con buenas habitaciones y cómodas camas. Un buen servicio por parte del personal. Pero la WiFi era muy mala: débil y se desconectaba continuamente.
