For stays of 4 nights or less, the following are included in the cleaning service: beds made, towels changed, bathroom cleaned and trash emptied.

For week stays, the following are included in the cleaning service, which is provided on the 7th day: bed linen and towels changed, beds made, complete cleaning of the apartment (except for the kitchen area).

The credit card used to make the booking as well as personal identification will be requested upon arrival.

Please note that guests paying in cash must pay a EUR 300 deposit upon arrival. This will be returned upon departure.

Air conditioning is not available in Summer 2020.

Pros:

J'ai été up gradée d'un studio à un appartement et c'était tut juste top !
Merci pour cette considération et j'ai beaucoup apprécié !
En plus, mon lieu de travail était à 5mn à pied et pouvoir se balader dans différents quartiers étaient aussi très appréciables.
Merci pour cet accueil très chaleureux !
L'établissement est une excellente proposition et le cadre a été très bien pensé !
