The best thing about my stay was Anna and Pauline.
Pros:

Anna and Pauline amazing women so kind, amazing art customer service. Front desk very Ho hum people, one task minded. Not a good first impression. You could tell it’s part of there job to say hi, as they would say hi and go directly back to there conversation w there co worker. Hotel update was way over due.

Cons:

See above not crazy about front desk staff. I got off wk late one night and go to the grill about 9:30 and the female cook was visible irritated by my arrival.

That it was clean

Cons:

That you pay all that money for a room then have to pay extra for breakfast. I may as well went to holiday inn or another hotel. $149 no breakfast no complimentary tooth brush or nothing. Everything cost outside of room costs and that’s ridiculous

Make sure you get a renovated room!
Pros:

Clean hotel with great staff. Was undergoing renovations but was really dated. No sure how extensive renovation was so I'd suggest looking for some update pictures on line. Staff was always great. Stayed here many times.

Clear explanation on wifi,breakfast, free water not to pay for water.
Pros:

Paid breakfast while I paid 147 for one night, water $2, whereas I have paid for stay, no free wifi, I will not recommended it to anyone.

Cons:

Overall, we spent 5 nights there, were very comfortable, and will definitely stay there again.
Pros:

The hotel lobby is very attractive. The staff were always helpful. We liked the location because it was close to our relatives' homes. We had a nice room with 2 double beds that were very comfortable, except for the pillows. (Most of the pillows were feather pillows, which always go flat. but fortunately a couple were down alternatives.) There was good counterspace in the bathroom. The main room had a nice wooden cabinet with Keurig coffee maker, a small microwave, and a refrigerator that we used nightly for leftovers and beverages. There was a large work desk with good lighting and a high quality adjustable chair. The price was a good value compared to other comparable hotels in the area.

Cons:

Our room's TV was only 32", and it had no streaming capability. The bathroom sink stopper would not freely open and close. The kitchen was only open for breakfast. There was no bar. The fitness room had 4 pieces of equipment, plus a few free weights, but the multi-function weight machine's right side weight stack wasn't working.
