Great location for the sea and blue masjid.
Hotel satisfactory as we got a refurbished room.
The seagulls were a nightmare non stop noise but not the fault of the hotel.
Best to book your own transfer from the airport we were charged double by the hotel, not happy.

Nice place to stay in Istanbul. It’s located in nice area where you can even walk to the center of the city. Very friendly and helpful staff thanks to them, excellent delicious breakfast. Room was perfect and very comfortable. The only things was that main door is so noisy you will be able to hear it in your room when it shouts down.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Excellent value for money. House keeping was friendly and always available. Laundry and transfers also available for extra charge.

This was listed as a 2-bedroom but we were pleasntly surprised that it had another small room ! The whole apartment was given to us - Had a working kitchen with Microwave and hotplate and fridge. Very clean and safe - good for a family.
The area is walking distance to the blue mosque and grand bazaar - lots of nice eating places all around. Situated in an old ( but very clean ) and quaint neighbourhood.
The host / Manager was very very helpful and always response - reception was available 24 hours.

The staff were helpful but the hotel conditions were really poor the next room guess was smoking and all corridor was smelling cigarette smell. The hotel offers no dining area or breakfast. Location is the only good thing.

Special thanks to the employee at the reception (Zafar). He was kind and courteous and very helpful.

The management team were very welcoming, kind and helpful. The hotel is in a nice area not too busy and has multiple small shops within 2 minutes walking distance. It's a walking distance from the main attractions in sultanahmet. Overall our stay was very pleasant.

Great value for money, tasty breakfasts and friendly staff. The building is a bit old and tired, but it's common in this area, and the room itself was renovated and clean.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a little small for the 6 of us but it was clean and fresh towels were put in the room daily.

Nothing dirty smells very bad infested with ants rooms too tight nasty customer service and the price of his rooms too high for the conditions power goes out and I the tv. Is not working right

Otherwise, the amenities are poor.

This hotel wasn’t what I expected. The condition left much to be desired. I didn’t speak with the hotel manager and he was able to move me to another property. This made me happy. The manager really did try and make me feel comfortable.

The apartments are very near to sultanmeth and the main atractions of Istanbul. The personal is very friendly, but the bathroom looks dirty and can be better.

The property is located at one of the back lanes down the slope which is very difficult to find. The sign of the apartment is also very small. Those with heavy luggage will find it very difficult to walk through various undulating slopes in order to get to the venue. However, one compliment is that the apartment motel staffs are all very helpful, well-mannered and friendly. After asking one of the locals to help me to call the motel, the person on duty came to meet me at certain meeting point and bring me to the motel. Going to the airport is not a problem as the motel does make transport arrangement at a reasonable fees.

Really great apartment. We stayed in the 3 Bedrooms Family Corner Apartment for week. This is actually in a separate build a few minutes walk from the main hotel (right next to the Sokollu Mehmet Pasha Mosque). The apartment has 3 bedrooms (2 doubles and one twin), living area (with a sofa bed), kitchen and separate WC and bathroom. Check in was quick and easy and the staff very helpful. The apartment is in a very quiet and peaceful location and feels bright and airy. Felt like a home from home. Fast Wifi, well equipped (iron, washing machine, oven, microwave) plus a cleaner came every day. Shops and good restaurants very close to the front door and the Hippodrome is only 5-10 minutes away (albeit up a steep hill). Only slight criticism being the fact that the beds were hard. Other than that everything was perfect for a family home from home. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was walking distance. Clean beds n towels,hot shower n facilities to warm up food. With fridge.
The experience was good as we only needed it for sleeping and having a hot shower. Good restaurants and shops nearby n all the visiting sites are nearby too.
