Spacious, Clean, Comfortable & Inviting
Pros:

We were pleasantly surprised at how nice this moderately priced hotel was. We especially liked the artful design of the hotel lobby and the modern room furnishings. The bed was comfortable and even though we were next to the elevator, it was quiet. We were happy to have a kitchen with a sink, fridge, microwave, and Kerig. The room was very clean. Spring for the breakfast rate, as it includes a large buffet or ordering off the menu at their in-house restaurant.

Disappointed
Cons:

We wish we had known that the hotel was going to be booked out completely by various sports teams; we would not have chosen this hotel if we had known. Kids running everywhere, unsupervised; bullying younger children; abusing the arcade machines. Parents drinking and not paying attention. Smell of marijuana saturating our room. We wanted to treat our kids to a staycation and weren’t able to actually enjoy it.

Never again.
Cons:

There was a large group of travel hockey teams staying in the hotel. Parents were not monitoring their children. Kids were disruptive late into the night while their parents partied in their rooms or bar area. This isn't our first time dealing with these travel teams either. Our stay before this one was equally disruptive late into the night. Also, that time my wife was struck in the head with a small rubber bouncy ball that kids thought would be funny to launch down the stairwell. The hotel itself and staff are fine but we will never return due to the lack of respect from the travel teams allowed to stay there.

Horrible experience. Horrible service, horrible management.
Pros:

What a terrible experience! The service at Big E's was absolutely horrible. It took forever to get service to begin with and forever to get a drinks/refills. We were there 6 months ago and had the same experience (so the problem is chronic). It was so bad they ended up comping our breakfast (which I appreciated). They also offered IHG points which I have not received as of this writing. Our friends ordered room service and they were told they had to walk down and pick it up as they were not staffed to deliver it.

Lastly, the place is under construction with only one operable elevator at the very end of the hotel. Our room was at the opposite end and to use the stairs you had to go through the pool, back up stairs to the arcade (which I noticed most of the games were not working) and back downstairs through the lobby (there was a door with access to Big E's which was locked which could have addressed the situation)

Clearly this place has a major management problem!

Very nice to sleep.
Pros:

The rooms were very clean! The facility itself was clean as well. Looks like they just remodeled.

Cons:

I booked this hotel because it has a game room with pool tables and arcade. That was entirely closed and not accessible. The cable was very basic and nothing on tv. It was not a smart tv so I could not watch any of our streaming services to make up for the lousy cable. Pool and hot tub was packed full of kids having birthday parties. People were smoking by the outside jacuzzi.
