Gut aber früher war hat es mir besser gefallen
Pros:

Netter Empfang beim Check-in. Nah an der Lanxess Arena und den Messehallen.

Cons:

Parkplatz mittlerweile zahlungspflichtig. Das Badezimmer hätte noch gründlicher gereinigt werden können (viele Haare). Frühstück war vor 4, 5 Jahren viel reichhaltiger. Jetzt war es ok aber nichts Besonderes mehr. Das Nachfüllen der Speisen lies leider auch zu wünschen übrig.

Perfekt für Konzerte
Pros:

Das Zimmer, eigentlich das ganze Hotel, ist sehr schön modern gestaltet. Das Design gefällt mir sehr gut! Das Bett war super und auch die Kissen. Das Bad mit Tür, ist heutzutage auch nicht mehr selbstverständlich. Das Frühstück war gut und ich habe nichts vermisst. Die Lage ist perfekt für einen Besuch der Lanxess Arena, die S-Bahn erreicht man nach ein paar hundert Metern. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, vor allem die junge Kollegin an der Rezeption, die erst seit kurzem dort arbeitet.
Ich werde dieses Hotel beim nächsten Konzert wieder buchen!

Cons:

Der Fernseher hat nicht funktioniert, ich habe eine Notiz hinterlassen und bin sicher er wird repariert.

Pros:

Freundliches zuvorkommend Personal, saubere Zimmer mit Kühlschrank . Fenster zum Öffnen.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war mit 26 € zu teuer, da ich morgens nicht viel Essen kann.
