Me and my wife we are 72+ we came there to attend a wedding on saturday and doesn't want to dive from oklahoma in the morning . ... But we regret our descission to stay there
First of all We booked for a non smoking room . that room was used by some smoker and was smelly
Seccondly the room ac was not working , it was not cooling i set it at 62, still it was not cooling.. means purpose of taking the room did't serve my purpose of having rest .
Thirdly the a/c was so noisy like a jet enging
fourthly the person on the desk doesnot know to say hi bye , and also didnt even had the courtsy of sayin sorry for my inconveniences
I think you owe an appology along with the refund of the room rent
