Słabe doświadczenie.
Pros:

Lokalizacja hotelu jest bardzo dobra, 10 min. spacerkiem do Placu Litewskiego. Łóżko wygodne. Śniadania dobre. Szybko został rozwiązany problem z klimatyzacją. Duży plus za możliwość korzystania z dystrybutora na wodę. Plus za obsługę recepcji. Niestety jej wpływ na serwis pokojów chyba żaden.

Cons:

Ocena na podstawie spędzonych 5 dni w hotelu. Znając standard Campanile oczekujesz czegoś akceptowanego. Nie tym razem.Hotel jest zaniedbany. Wykładziny, meble w recepcji i sali śniadaniowej wymagają wymiany. Wszechobecny brud, śmieci na wykładzinie w korytarzu, brudna winda, podłoga w pokoju brudna, nie jest myta, a tylko powierzchownie odkurzana. Sala śniadaniowa nie była sprzątana na bieżąco, stoliki pełne naczyń, okruchów. O 8 rano brak pieczywa, bo była większa grupa i będzie za 15 minut. Najbardziej dotkliwy był brak czystości. Serwis pokojowy ograniczony do wymiany ręczników.

Śniadania to jakaś porażka. Po g.9 puste naczynia po serwisie. Jajka gotowane i jajecznica to szczyt tego hotelu. Do kawiarkomatu kolejka taki sprzęt 1 sztuka wydajny. Śniadania nie polecam. Pokoje w miarę wypudrowane, brak lodóweczki. Parking płatny 40zł/doba. Chłodzenie/Ogrzewanie nawiewem powietrza w pokoju nie działa. Trzeba się upomnieć na recepcji żeby załączyli. I tak już działa do końca pobytu bez wpływu na to czy ktoś jest w pokoju czy nie. Niestety nie polecam tego hotelu pomimo iż za każdym razem będąc w Lublinie do tej pory tam nocowaliśmy.
