Pros:

O locație extraordinară, foarte aproape de Vatican și Castelul Sant’Angelo. Personalul amabil, camera foarte spațioasă și aerisită, cu un view superb. Hotelul este pet-friendly. Are și o terasă unde te poți relaxa.

Occhio ai furbetti…

Posizione comoda, struttura essenziale nei servizi.

Non mi è piaciuta l’accoglienza. Mentre stavamo salendo nella stanza prenotata, mi viene comunicato da uno dei titolari che la stanza non dispone di aria condizionata (giornata caldissima, fuori c’erano quasi 40 gradi!) ma c’è un ventilatore. Preciso che ho acquistato una camera con opzione aria condizionata a pagamento (10 € al giorno) e la stanza non corrisponde alla descrizione. Mi viene risposto che Booking può scrivere quello che vuole e avrei potuto verificare direttamente sul sito dell’hotel. Replico che viaggio da anni con Booking e ho sempre trovato rispondenza tra le descrizioni e la realtà. Chiedo il cambio stanza, che mi viene immediatamente accordato con un supplemento da pagare all’hotel ad un costo di 30 €. La stanza è già pronta con aria condizionata accesa. Al check out pago la differenza richiesta, lamentando poca trasparenza. L’operatrice alla reception è molto gentile, ma essendo una dipendente si attiene alle disposizioni ricevute e mi informa che riferirà al titolare; replico dicendo di aver aperto una segnalazione al servizio clienti. Al ritiro dei bagagli lasciati in deposito, mi vengono restituiti 20€, unitamente alle scuse da parte della ragazza che lavora al desk.
