Open and willing to extend my stay, even allowed me to switch rooms. Helpful.
Pros:

Location was fine. Away from traffic, quiet.

Cons:

Card entry/lock was old, took a lot of playing with it to work properly. 3 trips back to the front desk.

Kindness goes a long way😊
Pros:

Normally, I give people the benefit of the doubt, but when I am spoken to in a short nasty way that just turned me off and ruined the whole stay…so to answer the question. I did not like the property and will not recommend my family to stay again!

Cons:

I’m all about customer service and the customer service is trash. I had a question about my bill and the person answered as if he was irritated and hung up by slamming the phone down. I did ask my question and got a short hasty reply and then slammed the phone down

Wifi isn't good but cleanliness of the room was perfect.. i worked in housekeeping so I was very well pleased.. didn't have any extra money for a tip but they deserve a raise.!

Cons:

The bathroom faucet drips, carpet in the room and hallway smell. Also we had to request a room change due to the door latch falling off

I would not stay here again
Pros:

Breakfast was fine. Staff was fine. I enjoyed the hot tub and pool.

Cons:

The desserts during breakfast had fruit flies flying in them. I found a live roach in the room. The bed skirt and mattress cover was filled with hair and dirt. The top sheets had hair on them. Bathroom sink bowl hole was disgusting. Fridge and microwave needed cleaning. Shower curtain had mold at the bottom.

2 day stay that worked for us in a not so great hotel and customer service was awful.
Pros:

Bed was comfortable and breakfast was good.

Cons:

Place wasn't clean and my kids used the all towels in first night. Expected new towels to be placed in room while we out and nothing. Called to request additonal towels and they said I could come get them. Terrible customer service!! Curtain couldn't be shut so it could block lights at night or sun during the day.
