Pool/hot tub, location, rooms were comfortable. Having the Irish pub downstairs is perfect for a dinner option once you've checked in! Although it would be great to have breakfast included, I did pay for the hot breakfast buffet option and it was also great, no regrets!

Staff were friendly and does was great at the restaurant.
The whole reason we booked here was that the hotel offered an airport shuttle. I confirmed this with hotel staff before our stay. However we discovered the shuttle stopped running before our delayed flight got in. There were no taxis or rideshare options and we had to go with a limo company.

The hotel was nice inside.
My entire breakfast buffet was cold and expensive. I had to move 3 times to get an average room. The first room was right beside several large air conditioning units right outside my window. The next room the heating system had a bad odor come out of it when I turned it on for one minute. They had the air conditioning on very cold when I went into my room. The last time my window faced several cars in the parking lot. I was too tired to move again.

Really nice and clean hotel, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The food at the resurant is also great, it's an Irish pub so it's not your typical Hilton Garden bar! The bartender named Ingrid was amazing, she was super welcoming and nice, she even gave me a exciting list of Maine's best sightseeing places and parks!
