The overall stay was very good but it was ruined by a horrible exit breakfast.
Pros:

The rooms, pool, gym and staff.

Cons:

The breakfast. My family got the hot breakfast buffet. I’m still grasping the fact that hotel stays don’t come with complimentary breakfast. So I thought 60 dollars was an outrageous price for cold fresh toast, cold pancakes, cold sausage, and cold bacon. The eggs were the only “Hot” item on the “hot food” line.

Cons:

one of the main reasons I went was to relax but the hot tub was closed and there was a lot of noise coming from the hallway early in the morning

Pros:

Our first room had no heat, but they quickly gave us another room. The pool and hot tub were great amenities. We had a wonderful meal in the Irish Pub in the hotel, and it was very reasonable. A nice breakfast was included in the morning. The front desk staff, Zachary and Grace, were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The lobby area was very cold, and the automatic door kept opening even when nobody was there. The breakfast area was cold in the morning, as it was right off the lobby.

I can't wait to go back
Pros:

Breakfast was amazing and Tanya was a terrific and congenial waitress! The desk staff was above and beyond perfect. I had to spend Christmas there and I couldn't have asked for finer company than Hilton staff.
