Pros:

The hotel was nice inside.

Cons:

My entire breakfast buffet was cold and expensive. I had to move 3 times to get an average room. The first room was right beside several large air conditioning units right outside my window. The next room the heating system had a bad odor come out of it when I turned it on for one minute. They had the air conditioning on very cold when I went into my room. The last time my window faced several cars in the parking lot. I was too tired to move again.

Great service and Food
Pros:

Really nice and clean hotel, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The food at the resurant is also great, it's an Irish pub so it's not your typical Hilton Garden bar! The bartender named Ingrid was amazing, she was super welcoming and nice, she even gave me a exciting list of Maine's best sightseeing places and parks!

Very good stay
Pros:

Hotel was easy to get to and clean. Check in was smooth and the breakfast was standard fare for Hilton Garden Inn. Reception was kind and helpful.

Wonderful staff and hotel. It was nice to have everything there.

Cons:

When booking I thought it was within walking distance to downtown. Everything is close by, but parking can be a pain in downtown.

Great Stay
Pros:

Room was clean and well appointed with coffee maker, microwave and fridge. Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. The in house restaurant made the stay very convenient.
