Pros:

Comfy bed and pillows, very spacious rooms, good breakfast options.

Cons:

I called down the front desk to ask a question, no one answered so it rolled to a call tree that put me on hold for 20 min. I eventually hung up and called back, same thing. After the third time sitting on hold for several minutes, I just walked down to the front desk and found two staff sitting there talking, no customers. Not sure why they couldn't answer the phone for the last hour or so. Also, breakfast kept running out of items and it took a while for staff to replace it. Two containers for coffee, but both were out several times (which is a process/planning problem, not a "too many people" problem), etc. Same with some of the food options.

Horrible.
Pros:

The only thing good is check out is at noon which is needed considering the staff allows customers to run around the hotel all hours of the night like wild banshees.

Cons:

I paid $150 for one night and did not have hot water. They offered me no solution to my problem either.

Great location to the stadium and pet friendly.

Cons:

Bad lighting in bathroom. Ice machines not working on multiple floors. Entry keypad not working on one of the exterior doors.
