Pros:

The gentleman that checked us in was kind. The hotel has a great location.

Cons:

Our room was off the forst floor, behind the staff work/stock room and ice machine area. 105 The room had multiple stains on the carpet and looked as if it hadn't been vacuumed. There were crumbs on the floor beside the one bed. The border aroubd the shower was peeling and there was areas that the tile had popped off. The furniture was very worn and the desk was dusty and the hotel promo papers were sticky. The front desk made mention about me booking on a third party website and I wondered if they select older, worn rooms for these bookings. I have stayed at MANY Choice hotels but this one wasn't one of the tops thats for sure.

At breakfast, the juice machine was broken and they were out of any beverage other than milk and coffee. Overall, the breakfast was fair.

Dirty Rooms
Pros:

That it was near restaurants and gas stations

Cons:

I purchased 2 rooms and my sister purchased 1 room. We had issues from the time we walked into this hotel. Starting with the booking. Then she gave us keys finally and we went to the rooms. My sons room had dirty sheets on the beds, floor was dirty with trash and other things. Our room had fake eye lashes on the bathroom countertop and dirty floors. We went to front desk and told them our concerns. She offered to get my son cleaned sheets and he can change them. No I paid for 2 rooms and 2 nights and she shouldn't have said that. We shouldn't have to change the sheet or clean the room. So then she moved them to another room. Still dirty but better than the 1st one. My sister's room had a bug/roach in the bathroom and her room had dirty floors. I was just over this stay and was ready to leave. I did call the manager on that Monday and explain everything. Which he said he was already aware of it. He did credit some of our money back which was great of him. I had no issue with the manager because he handled it and apologized.
