The staff was wonderful and very helpful and, mostly, very respectful and business like.
Pros:

I was hoping that the hotel would offer at least coffee and tea, free of extra charge.

Cons:

The mattress was not as firm as what I am used to. Of course, this was not negotiable.
In addition, I would have liked to have tea bags in my room to use in addition to the coffee already provided.
The shower head is good, but it would have been helpful to have an extension to wash up the shower room.
The shower also leaked water during showering; not too much but enough that it was a little annoying.

We had a wonderful time.
Pros:

Room was very nice and clean. Loved the location. Can walk to restaurant and entertainment.

Cons:

The pool is very very small.

Pros:

The room had a toilet issue that I hope they resolve. Some noisy cars and motorcycles rev up on the outside streets. Not the hotel’s fault but it can startle you awake from sleep. Great facility and very clean. Please fix the outside fire pit. Was hoping to enjoy that in the evenings.
