Pros:

Hotel, surrounding area, staff, room, it was all around a great stay.

Cons:

The only thing that I was a little disappointed about was there being no hot breakfast, but the selection that was there more than made up for it.

Great overall apart from the poor breakfast.
Pros:

Great locatiom, excellent staff, room large and clean, plenty of parking

Cons:

Disappointing breakfast, no proper cooked food as there is no kitchen. Not up to stanadrd for this type of hotel.

Safe area, pleasant staff

Cons:

Very limited breakfast (prepackaged breakfast sandwich you heat in MW, packaged muffins..no fresh eggs, bacon, etc), dated wall paper and carpet, elevator had flooring that was peeling up and a fair amount of debris no matter what time of day we used it, and the mattress had a very low spot so I kept falling into that when I slept. Also, the picture used to attract customers is not from this hotel. No where was there a beautiful castle facade.

Very very nice hotel
Pros:

This place is like a hidden jewel. Very clean, neat and quaint. Parking was easy. Seemed like a very safe area as the police department is adjacent to the hotel. My wife and I enjoyed our stay very much. The staff was very friendly.

Pros:

All was very good. Staff was very friendly, the room was amazing.

Cons:

The HVAC in the room is a bit funky, only low or high settings for heat, fan and A/C.
