Pros:

The location to the hospital was great! Staff was very friendly and helpful!! Room was clean and spacious. They had one elevator out so that slowed things down some but other wise the stay was GREAT!!

Didn't stay at the hotel, can't review it. Can review how horrible booking.com customer service is
Pros:

Reservation was never booked by booking....when I talked to someone on the phone they said they had corrected it and when I went to check in again it wasn't corrected. Called someone again where they said there was an issue with making the booking so they were going to cancel my reservation and basically said sorry you'll have to figure out finding accommodations yourself. This was at 10pm at night. Worst customer service from booking.com, the staff at the hotel was very nice and tried to be helpful.

Cons:

Will never use booking to make a reservation again. Stranded us without a hotel reservation late in the evening. WORST customer service I've ever received, wouldn't take accountability for their error. Refused to help us find another accommodations, said it was on us and they'd cover a portion of the costs to rebook a new reservation thru them. The hotels they recommended thru a email, bc they refused to help via phone, were wayyyy out of the price range we wanted to pay or not in the area we wanted to stay. I understand it was going to be a last minute booking, but to barely cover the costs of new accommodations is a slap in the face, especially when this was an error on their end.

Hotel fine but staff were not customer focussed.
Pros:

Good location. Comfy bed. Adequate breakfast.

Cons:

Staff didn’t explain parking arrangements. We tried to check in three or four times but kept being turned away as room wasn’t ready. Didn’t feel staff were customer focussed. Lifts were broken which meant we had to carry our suitcase up the concrete stairs with no offer of help. Ice machine on two floors also broken which meant more stairs to search for a working one as lifts broken out whole stay.

Cons:

Most lights on room the room didn't work. Air conditioner was either cold or off. One elevator was broken again and got stuck in the one working. MX was called to get out.
