The workout room was enjoyable

Cons:

The bed bugs in the room , the tv wasn’t working , the elevator working then stopped working, the charging plugs didn’t work , and my room door was left cracked open when me and my partner left out to go to the pool

One word, disaster.
Pros:

The staff was very helpful

Cons:

Both elevators were out of service. My husband is 100% disabled. The first night staff moved us from the fourth floor to the second and we could handle that. But the ice machine was not working, our phone didn't work, and our room didn't get cleaned on Thursday.

Awesome stay
Pros:

Loved the area, many things within walking distance. All the staff were awesome. Front desk supervisor Taquai was great helping us with parking and directions

hotels should have hot water but everything else was nice.
Pros:

Nice location, clean and comfortable beds.

Cons:

Our shower had no hot water… when i told someone about it checking out she said “ill tell someone” I am a member with this hotel… paid $230 for 1 night and had no hot water to shower with..

It was overall fine.
Cons:

The hallways were littered with trash. The shower was not very clean. There was constantly water on the floor from the kids that were in the pool. No wet floor sign or anything

A lack of attention to detail
Pros:

I think that maintenance is lacking at this hotel. My first impression was a bunch of cigarettes outside on the ground. There were lightbulbs missing and light fixtures towels laying around and inside our room. The pullout couch had a huge pee stain and hairs and black dirt. the beds were comfortable, and it served our purpose. But the fact that the front desk host had stains on their shirt was a bit of a sign of everything to come.

I think management is not up to par on this property
