Do not stay here! Gross and awful staff!
Pros:

On the night of our stay, June 19, we checked into our two reserved rooms at 12:30 AM after a long day of travel. Upon entering the room, we were shocked to discover:

Severe mold covering the mattress: The mattress was absolutely covered in mold. It was incredibly disgusting and a major health hazard.

Oil on the headboard: There was visible oil smeared all over the headboard.

Failed Inspection: To make matters worse, there was a physical note left in the room stating that it had been inspected and cleared by hotel staff. This is a severe failure of your housekeeping and quality assurance standards.

Because it was 12:30 AM, our entire family was exhausted. Instead of sleeping, we had to spend our night frantically rearranging everyone across the rooms because the moldy mattress was completely unusable.

Cons:

The room was dirty trash, personal items under beds, carpets were stained, elevators need updated! None of the ice machines worked! They do not tell you that you have to pay a deposit or that it’s 23.50 a day for parking

Great room
Pros:

My room was very nice and had a lot of space

Cons:

It was a little further than I expected it to be from why I was there, but other than that it was a nice stay & my Uber drivers were awesome.

Convenient location and amazing staff, but the rooms, hallways, carpets, and elevators need updating

The staff was fantastic! Always cheerful, helpful, and welcoming

Cons:

The rooms need updating. The carpet in our room was sticky, our fridge was not level and rattled so loudly that we had to turn it off, the desk was rickety and seemed about to fall apart
