It was a good stay for being not as expensive as the other hotels, but the lack of room service sucked.
Pros:

Center to many places! Alot of public transportation options right outside of the hotel.

Cons:

No room service for a 3 night stay. Did not really see the river even thought we selected a room for a better view.

One of the workers named Micheal who parks the cars ect. He was very friendly, helpful, and efficient. I enjoyed my time there and had 0 issues.

Is this what Marriot stands for?
Cons:

It felt old and not taken care off. The room was advertised as view to river, but that is a joke.

I stayed in this place because I thought Marriott meant “good”. I will not fall for that again.

Worst stay ever !!!!
Pros:

Nothing ! Worst stay I have ever been at .

Cons:

Staff not well trained, not everyone has access to anything to help clients out with information . No manager present till after 10am. Vandalism , Robbery , and Denied public access to my service dog . Will never return to this shit state and shit place ! No mannerism , no help at all. The staff just stands around until someone tells them what to do. Horrible customer service all around .

Acceptable.
Pros:

Clean rooms and friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

Lobby was not as clean as it should be. Coffee dispenser was often empty. When they did fill it they didn’t clean the trash on the countertop. The tissue dispenser had 5 tissues when refilled. Had to pay for bottled water. None free. Accustomed to at least a couple free bottles.

Overall the stay went well, besides the restaurant.
Pros:

I really like the proximity to everything. There were lots of things to do within a walking distance. The valet staff was also very helpful and hospitable.

Cons:

I didn't like the restaurant service at all. My partner accidentally spilled her drink and instead of remaking or taking it off the bill the bartender charged it. I had also ordered a drink that wasn't made but took it as a sign to not order. She also had this friend (long blond haired dude) at the bar that made the experience even worse and also made it sound like he was getting free drinks most of the night.

Pros:

Valley parking was nice, all though a bit pricey.

Cons:

Could not get the wifi to work on my laptop. I was working with the hotels internet provider and they said they were working on it and would call me back. Never heard from them again and ended up having to hot spit off my phone to do my work.
