Great place to stay in Downtown Portland.Close to Powell's City of Books, world's largest book store
Pros:

The room was extremely spacious with temperature just right. It was warm and comfortable as compared to 2 deg C and rain outside. The staff was also helpful throughout the day and so was the reception desk . They helped us with umbrellas for walking in the rain outside. I was feeling unsafe because of deserted streets and homeless people on the streets but they gave us confidence that it was safe to be outside during the day and late evenings.

Cons:

Cobraron un deposito de $50 , que lo devolverían al salir. Este nunca lo devolvieron hasta hoy. Hubo una confusión en fechas y se pago doble, el hotel junto con Booking quedaron de devolverlo. Hasta el dia de hoy no lo devuelven. ????? Total por devolución $157
