Pros:

It was really nice and clean and the staff were all really great.

Cons:

The third elevator wouldn’t go to level 4 where we were staying so we would have to go to another floor or just take the stairs.

Pros:

The King bed was so comfortable. Very good customer service and very helpful at the front desk and restaurant.

Cons:

Downtown Portland. The homeless and traffic, but the hotel was very nice and clean an made sure our area felt safe.

I have stayed here many time because I like the rooms location and it’s usually a great value….

Cons:

I had prepaid online prior to arriving as I had done in the past with no issues. However this time the new employee kept trying to charge my card for no reason which automatically refunded my original payment because of my card I used. I was charged the price of the room plus an additional charge of $80. I received a notification at check in of the $80 charge but not the $129

The only saving grace was the staff

We stayed 4 nights not once was the room cleaned, we had to ask for towels multiple times for showers.

Decent stay, it basically a place to sleep .
Pros:

Didn't buy breakfast, too expensive. But overall room was nice and it had a gym, great location for downtown portland.

Cons:

Someone moved my clothes in the guest laundry and I was fearful someone stole my clothes.. they said they didnt have security to view cameras until 10 at night and even then, they never got back to me . Also, find parking in a parking garage, dont pay the expensive valet.
