Lots of restaurants around.
They had to service my tv 3 times. Couch was not comfortable. Gap in the door to the hallway. Didn't accomodate a late checkout. Had to write my credit card number down on check in because their machine was broke. Caqme down for extra blanket & covers and front desk was in the bathroom vaping.
Rooms unmade, no linen, apathetic staff, everything is dirty
The cleanliness and I felt like I could actually sleep.
The toilet paper is terrible. For the price, it needs to be better.
The location was good
The pillows were to small and uncomfortable. The bed was uncomfortable. Bathroom was dated.

It had bed bugs. It woke me up and I had to shower and leave. I have bites all over me
Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. We were upgraded because of the length of our stay. Was close to the place we were working for the weekend.
Breakfast could have had a few more choices.
Convenient location. Check-in was a breeze, especially with the extremely helpful desk clerk. Good coffee, breakfast, what’s not to like? Spacious room, very clean and well appointed bathroom - with plenty of towels.

The toilet in our room was not fully functioning. The employee at the front desk was made aware when we arrived and came to our room to attempt to fix. He explained there were no other available rooms. Multiple times we had to lift the lid to the toilet tank to move the plug around to get the toilet to fill with water so that it could be used. In the morning when checking out, I explained to the employee at the desk the issue with the toilet. He responded that many times guests state things like this and they go to rooms only to find out there are no issues. I let him know the employee that had been working in the evening was aware. I was attempting to make him aware but his response to me was unprofessional. I then explained this was unacceptable and this room should not be used until the issue is resolved. He did not seem to care and told me to have a nice day. I let him know I would be leaving a negative review.
Good location.
Staff was rude. Hotel was unclean. Our room was right next to stairs and was slamming all night.
