Once I changed rooms, the stay was good.
Pros:

Breakfast and location were great.

Cons:

The entire floor smelled like smoke. Also, I had to ask to change rooms because the AC sounded like it was coming out of the wall.

The shower floor was real slick in fact I fell in the shower! I hit on my hip very hard and was almost knocked out when my head hit! Didn’t enjoy it at all!

Pros:

It was clean, good breakfast, pool is open until 12 am, staff was very helpful, located close to the interstate has lots of restaurants and gas stations around.

Cons:

It was a good stop for us returning from our vacation. The air conditionning was making a loud noise and stopped working. Also there was a smell in the room because of the humidity.
Overall it is a good place to stop when on the road.

Disrespectful staffing.

The facility was clean and comfortable

Cons:

The staff was disrespectful. The person working the breakfast was rude to not only myself, but others. The daytime janitor cussed my children out because they got the hallway wet when exiting the pool area.

We couldn’t stay there because it was gross! 
Pros:

There was nothing to like about the property. However, the man who answered the phone, when I had called prior to arriving, was very nice. But when I got there, there was nobody there, I waited for a minute, but then I had to leave because it smelled too bad!

Cons:

It didn’t have an awning and it was pouring rain. It was small and sketchy looking and the foyer, which was extremely tiny, smelled horrific! There was no one there. I waited for a minute, but it smelled so bad I had to leave. Never saw anyone. Afterwards, my jacket smelled like the foyer, and it was disgusting. Didn’t even stay there. I couldn’t. There was no way I could stay in a hotel that smells like that, and there was no way with the pouring rain that we could bring our bags in without becoming drenched!

Pleasant except for all the noise!
Pros:

I had to shorten my stay to only one night. I let them know within the required time. They still have a charge on my card for 2 nights.
Please correct this ASAP!

Cons:

The property was very loud! All night. A lot of it was the staff.
