Hotel was clean, pool was great. Hotel is outdated and old feeling.
Pros:

The pool was very nice, clean and working well.

Cons:

The elevator situation was very weird. The main elevator didn’t take you to the second floor where the parking garage is. Just confusing

The community women’s restroom on floor 7 by the elevators didn’t lock.

Very outdated, definitely not what I was expecting for the price.

Even tired and sleepy , I enjoyed myself outside soaking up the sun .

Pros:

Demi super sweet receptionist . Offered cookies and water when I was leaving . Not only was this place clean and the pool amazing but also a cookie a lot the end. Great Experience. 🥰 Place is located walking distance from Chihuahuas Baseball and some pubs to eat and drink.🙌

Beatriz, was amazing, so attentive!!! She was right there and making sure all our accommodations were met! Amazing customer service!! This is the only place I stay when I come to El Paso.

Awesome atmosphere
Pros:

I had an excellent experience at Ristorante Casanova inside the DoubleTree Hotel in downtown El Paso. I sat in the bar area and want to recognize Oscar specifically. He did a phenomenal job—he was prompt, attentive, and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my visit. The drinks were great, the food was excellent, and the overall service was outstanding. If you’re staying at the hotel or have been considering stopping by, I highly recommend it. Be sure to ask for Oscar!
