Cons:

The hot water from taps turned brown every few minutes. There was a door separating the room I was in from the next room and that meant that you could hear the conversations and laughter from the next room so I couldn't sleep until they stopped talking.

Pros:

We just wanted a relaxing night to celebrate 2 Big birthdays we all enjoyed the spa and the meal at night was excellent. We were able to hold our rooms over as well which suited us. The staff were very friendly and everything was clean and tidy

Cons:

One of our group had very noisy people in the next room most of the night but the manager spoke with them the next day and it was sorted

The gardens outside were beautiful
The interior of the hotel was also beautiful

Cons:

There were a lot of flies in the dining area/
There were also a lot of flies in the bedroom

The soundproofing in the room was poor and did not offer any level of privacy

The outdoor thermal area

Cons:

Doesn’t look how it is portrayed online, food waiting times very long, breakfast was reheated, staff didn’t really know what they were doing, no towels or robes in our rooms when we checked in, very dated, shower regulate shower temperature

The food and drink

Cons:

Our room was extremely hot , there was no ac and we were dripping with sweat from the heat . We complained to reception and were told there was no fans left and more or less nothing they can do . We Didn’t sleep well at all as the room was so uncomfortably hot
