Will stay again but hopefully the breakfast will be better.
Pros:

Good location to Cootehill. Plenty of parking.

We stayed in one of the nicer rooms and it was worth the extra money.

Cons:

We’ve been before and the best thing was the breakfast which you chose from the menu. This time was self service and there was only scrambled eggs which had ran out so we had to wait. It was very average.

No toiletries in room, breakfast inedible in parts, hotel devoid of atmosphere, weird food menus with little choice of lighter meals for travellers

Pros:

All good except when checking in was allocated an accessible room,a quick word at reception and room was changed the following day for the rest of my stay.
I can't remember the receptionists name but she was very helpful as were the other staff members.

Cons:

Couldn't turn of the fan in the bathroom it was going all night. The bar shut very early. We had to get taxi back ti hotel as there was no taxis after 10.30 when we got back to hotel bar it shut at 11 even though we were residents.

Cherry Picker activities in the dark

The staff in the restaurant, and the bar and on reception were lovely and helpful.

Cons:

On arrival at approx 2.30pm we were told the bar didn't open until 4pm. This hotel reception is the worst experienced. It's dark, cold, has no atmosphere and just lacks any welcome.

Some of the rooms are tired and there's too much dead space everywhere. A plug in our room was decimated. It looked ugly unsafe and rendered one lamp out of action. Water temperature could not be regulated and there was actually hot water in our loo! Novel!

Two of our party were wakened by work in the middle of the night. We were told it was cleaning... In the pitch black? This was meant to be a treat for them and it was ruined. Their sleepless night was refunded but that's the least I would expect. We didn't wish to stay a second night after that debacle and left.

Sadly we would never go back.

Overall, very good, but just a little disappointed with breakfast food.
Pros:

Checking-in, room and restaurant facilities - all very good. Checking-in and restaurant staff - all excellent.

Cons:

Breakfast food could have been better for a 4-Star hotel.

Breakfast staff were lovely and accommodating, amazing variety of breakfasts to choose from
Pros:

The breakfast was beautiful and a fantastic variety to choose from , The breakfast staff were excellent and took our order straight away.

Cons:

Dinner in the bar wasn't very nice at all
Cocktails were poorly made ( missing key ingredients )
Bring Fly traps with you as the property was plagued with them, also a fan as the AC is poor and rooms were far too warm
