Wind Creek Casino & Hotel Atmore

I come here 3 to 5 times a week. I spend at least 40 to 100 each trip. I rarely am even given a chance to win but that's not my issue. The players club was. Aware of the 15 in freeplay they said it was on my card it wasn't showing up at the machine and it wasn't showing as being played. They made me wait till 6:00 the next day in the morning to call the casino verse I find it hard to believe that they are aware of the freeway and couldn't add it to my card from their computer if they were aware of it they should add it they should not mean to guess wait that long.. my money is not important enough for them to give a crap. So I'm going to wait till 6:00 in the morning get my free ride play it and never come back here again they'll only be missing a couple hundred a week but enough is enough I'll go to Mississippi. The odds are the same but if any of the casinos are aware that I have free play they will honor it and put it on my card they will not make me wait 3 hours until I can collect it.

I’ve spent thousands of dollars this year trying to catch back up on my card progress with the tier system because the very profitable Wincreek Atmore owners decided to surprise the guest with a tier point increase January of this year.!!!

I was already an Escape member with and already steep road ahead when it comes to the tier point game. Then they added 25,000 points to a 50,000 tier point that I needed to make it to Delight Card.

Now I’m currently stuck at 4400 tier points and some change.!!!! Sadness and disappointment is all over my house for Christmas!! And I don’t have any more money left to try to make it to the next level if I wanted to. I wanted to get something out of the thousands and thousands of dollars I’ve spent. But the Owners are ruthless and don’t care about the patrons at all!!

My experience with Win Creek Atmore has been HORRIFIC To say the least for the past year because of their manipulation of their online gaming systems when it comes to free play and the tier point system . These 2 things were the life line for Wincreek Atmores faithful and any new comers!!!

I would definitely NOT recommend and I speak for thousands of other patrons that visit the Atmore Location, if you’re thinking about comedy this way run!!!!

The staff was so nice and the valet came right out to our car with no wait time! I walked into my room and balloons and card was set up with happy birthday wishes! The room was clean, the view we had was beautiful. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

My staty was awesome! 5 stars cleanness, staff was very helpful. This was our first time here so we didn't know where a lot of stuff was.

Fire steakhouse closed was going eat on oct 6th our anniversary disappointed..
