Aamupalalla huomiotiin toiveet ja palvelu toimi. Saman puistikon hoteleissa yöpyneenä voi sanoa että hinta/laatusuhde toimi. Huoneet on samaa tasoa kaikissa. Kolmen hengen huone kahdelle oli jopa tilava.Toki sao kavuta ylös saakka jyrkkiä portaita, mutta siihenkin tottui.

Disappointed.
Pros:

Reasonable location.

Cons:

No air conditioning. Noisy all night outside. Toilet flush did not work properly. No WiFi password in the room. No fridge.

La cama era muy incómoda, los muelles ya no daban para más y prácticamente nos hundíamos, no hay ascensor y si te toca la segunda planta es horrible

Great location, attentive staff but much in need of redecoration.
Pros:

Location was great, 5 min walk to Paddington or Edgware rd stations. Breakfast was good and staff were all friendly. Beds were comfy and rooms were clean.

Cons:

Property needs a serious makeover and good air fresheners. En-suites very small particularly the triple room my daughters were in (rm 31). Rooms were very warm due to the hot weather especially rm 31 which was unbearable. The rooms had fans but they didn't help. Rooms on the upper floors would be no good for people with health issues due to the number of stairs. There's no lift.

Brilliant location, fabulous breakfast, in need of some updating soon.
Pros:

Outstanding breakfast and the staff at breakfast were so lovely and accommodating. The hotel is so central, just a few minutes walk from Paddington. The room had all you needed, of course it was tiny with a very small wet room but this is normal for central London hotels. We would definitely use this hotel again.

Cons:

Would recommend the hotel advise which floor you are on when you book. We were 4th floor with no lift which is fine for us but maybe not less mobile travelers. Also at some point in the future it does need a refresh in communal areas as it is a little dated.

O quarto para cinco pessoas, opção escolhida, não comporta sequer 3 pessoas. A porta do banheiro abre apenas 1/3, porque já bate em uma das camas.

Pros:

Lokacija hotela je odlična. Nalazi se u Paddintonu i svega je nekoliko minuta od podzemne željeznice i kolodvora tako da je odlično povezano. Osim toga je u hotelu bio dobar doručak.

Cons:

Soba nam je bila na 4 katu bez lifta. Jako mala soba, nema klime a prozor se dao samo malo otvoriti jer je bio strgan. Tapeta sa stropa je otpadala, cijela zgrada se trese kad prođe podzemna, kupaona je dotrajala. Odlučili smo se na kraju ostati samo jednu noć, iskomunicirali to prvu večer sa recepcijom kada smo mogli još mogli otkazati sobu putem bookinga. Rekli su nam da to ne trebamo napraviti nego će oni iduće jutro na check out-u. Iduće jutro druga priča da oni to ne mogu te su nam naplatili tu jednu noć iako je bilo plaćeno preko bookinga. Ukratko puno telefonskih poziva sa booking-om te su ih na kraju pritisnuli da nam odobre da se vrati preplaćeni novac. U susjednoj ulici smo pronašli drugi hotel preko booking-a koji je bio odličan.

Buena ubicación y buen desayuno

Cons:

Baño muy pequeño y ausencia de enchufes, solo habia dos y uno estaba arriba de la pared que era el de la tele, habia un ventilador pero si querias conectarle no podias cargar el móvil

Kenyelmes szoba, eleg nagy, mi 2en voltunk es egy dupla es egy szimplaagyunk is volt.

Cons:

A furdoszoba nagyon pici, ami nem lenne baj, de a zuhany borzaszto, nincs kar a zuhanyrozsahoz (csak fenti), es a vizhomersekletet beallitani nagyon nehez.

Pros:

The location was great, right around the corner from Paddington Station!

Cons:

We were placed on the top floor, which was tough with two young kids. No A/C on a hot night, and the bathroom was VERY small, as was the room.

Sheets on one of the beds had mold on them (didn't realize until the morning). So cleanliness was pretty poor.
