The beds were not so comfortable.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Die Rezeption und die Bar stets freundlich und bemüht. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ausgezeichnet und lässt keine Wünsche offen.
Es gibt eine neue Reinigungs Policy bei Radisson Blue. Dies hatte leider zur Folge, dass das Zimmer trotz 4 Übernachtungen nicht einmal gereinigt wurde. Wir hatten reklamiert und haben 1x neue Handtücher erhalten. Dies war auch sehr nötig, da die Dusche nicht dicht ist und man den Boden nach jedem Duschen abtrocknen musste. Das Bett wurde kein einziges Mal gemacht. Da es Winter war, haben wir auch Steine und Dreck ins Zimmer getragen und mussten nach dem Duschen da durchlaufen. Das war sehr unangenehm und ganz gleich, was der Inhalt dieser Policy sein soll, es ist nicht gut für den Gast. Das man nicht täglich Handtücher wechselt, ist vollkommen in Ordnung. Aber morgens das Bett machen und kurz den Fußboden kontrollieren, sollte man in einem 4 Sterne Hotel erwarten können. Sonst kann man ja gleich in eine Ferienwohnung gehen.
