I would go back and revisit

Close to boardwalk.

Cons:

We especially chose this hotel because it has breakfast. But unfortunately when we went down there were no food in the major containers and no coffee. Also no staff was out to refill the food containers and there was a long line. We did not go down late for breakfast. There was a good hour and a half before the time for breakfast would end. We had to little ones and we all left hungry.

I will book here again!
Pros:

Our overnight stay was great. The hotel was exceptionally clean and the room was comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. By far the best hotel breakfast I have ever had. Keep up the great work Holiday Inn Express.

Cons:

The only 2 complaints I had for our particular room was the bathroom fan was very loud and the bed was very noisy. Anytime you moved it creaked and was very loud. The mattress could have been better.

It was only one night, and it was okay, but pretty substandard in quality.

Cons:

Room was very cold, and quite slow to warm up. Bathroom floor was icy all night.
Carpet in room was quite dirty, and the bathroom was not clean.
