The room was renovated, very clean, and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was disappointing — the pancake maker was not working and the options were very limited. Also, there were no toiletry packs available (such as a shower cap and cotton swabs), which are usually expected.

The room is spacious, clean, and well-organized. The staff is nice.
The elevator looks quite old. Additionally, during our stay, there was ceiling maintenance on the floor where our room was located, making access inconvenient.
I like the cleanliness of the room and the presentation as well as the environment the staff was super friendly and helpful.
The food wasn’t bad but was alright and could’ve been better and the amenities such as the tv cable and streaming as well were not the best.
The hotel was very clean, modern, and comfortable. The rooms were well organized with convenient amenities like a microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location was great—close to the beach, downtown Santa Cruz, and many restaurants. The complimentary breakfast was also a nice bonus with good options to start the day.
Parking was a little limited, and it can get tight during busy hours. Other than that, the stay was overall very pleasant.
