Great location, clean and comfortable rooms, and friendly service—overall a wonderful stay in Santa Cruz.
Pros:

The hotel was very clean, modern, and comfortable. The rooms were well organized with convenient amenities like a microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location was great—close to the beach, downtown Santa Cruz, and many restaurants. The complimentary breakfast was also a nice bonus with good options to start the day.

Cons:

Parking was a little limited, and it can get tight during busy hours. Other than that, the stay was overall very pleasant.

Close to boardwalk.

Cons:

We especially chose this hotel because it has breakfast. But unfortunately when we went down there were no food in the major containers and no coffee. Also no staff was out to refill the food containers and there was a long line. We did not go down late for breakfast. There was a good hour and a half before the time for breakfast would end. We had to little ones and we all left hungry.
