Great stay at Waterfront Airport Hotel & Casino Cebu! The location is unbeatable it’s literally right next to the airport, which makes traveling so convenient. The staff were extremely accommodating, professional, and quick to assist whenever we needed anything. Service was excellent. I also loved the breakfast buffet lots of good options to choose from. The only issue was the water pressure in our room, which was very weak and made showering difficult. But I believe it may have just been an isolated issue. It definitely wouldn’t stop me from staying here again.
Tried this for the second time because of the convenience to the airport, and there won't be a third time. Mostly poor service, mediocre rooms. Good food at the dinner buffet. Breakfast, not so much. The casino is weird and empty.
We had an executive suite and were expecting more . Everything felt old and dated . The service was not as friendly as we are used to in the Philippines . We had an OK stay
Great location at the airport. Good service. Clean rooms, Solid restaurant. Not a place for a long term vacation but great to crash for one night.
The staffs are very accommodating. Good hotel to stay as it's near the international airport. Must visit! Waterfront is our family's go to hotel.
The hotel arranged a contract vehicle to drive is to Manay-as Port. We asked the driver to drove us back to the airport 2 days later. We paid P1000 as requested. Then on that morning, he said: "Gd morning sir,that is the will pick up you there at badian island.because my has problem for now". He arranged another vehicle with another driver. After the trip, he whatapped me: "Hi sir,my driver who drive you today from badian,has lost his small sling bag,and a very important things inside includes money..he thought and was suspected one yours took it." "His driver license also inside the sling bag,and money worth22k" "That money is own for the company..that's why is very important for him.."
Except for communication lapses that resulted in our late aiport pick-up, staff was great and our 1-night stay was amazing.
Esccalator going up the reception is not working, will be difficult if u are carrying heavy bag, waited more than half an hour for my food on dinner when I arrived, was starving yet almost cancelled my order

It was our 2nd time to stay. We chose this hotel as there is free shuttle to just few minutes drive to the international airport. Food always good. Staffs great, room with a king size bed very roomy Bathroom large clean and updated. The entire hotel has a Spanish feel.
Easy access to terminal would be perfect if the escalators worked. I love the breakfast buffet

Nice hotel, friendly manager and other personnel. Only thing missing: empty mini fridge, no water and coffee and tea set.
Staffs are courteous. Room is clean but old. Bidet spray was weak but fixed. We did not use the pool but it looks maintained. Only one restaurant but it’s across the airport so we just walked out to eat. Being next to Mactan airport is a big plus. Easy access to 7-11, hair salon, money changers if needed, lechon, Starbucks, Jollibee, Shakey’s pizza etc. A lot of people stay at this hotel also to gamble. The elevators are working but the escalators are not, so that’s inconvenient unless you like to exercise and no problem with your knees.
5 star service, cleanliness, amenities, cheerfulness, food, atmosphere, and old world design. Id love to see more this nice that arent part of a corporate chain.
After a 2 day flight from Oregon I find room 319 clean, cool, & cozy.The nightmare began in bathroom Toilet filled with Crap would not flush, stinking up the room. I flushed by filling up a trashcan with water and flushed manually all night! The sink & bathtub drain was clogged with black mold causing water to sit still.

But...poor wifi, the escalators and lifts leading to the Currency Exchange and to the road
Hence you have to use the stairs leading to the road and also xlimb up the escalators to the main lobby
For a supposedly Casino Hotel this is terrible & unacceptable
I stayed here thinking it is the best but it's the opposite
I will not recommend this hotel...ever
