Very bad for price or perceived brand name.
Pros:

Very experience, big brand name but no restaurant open at 6PM , poor Grill only food after a 12 hr drive.
No coffee in major lobby, never recommending or staying again.

Cons:

Food, or even coffee in the lobby for breakfast as a Caesars resort.

Pros:

It was convenient to walk to the venue we were going to.

Cons:

The front desk staff who checked us in was really rude. At first she said she couldn't find out reservation. I ordered to show her my confirmation number and she said it wouldn't be the same confirmation number she has. Then she realized my name was reserved so my last name was my first name. That's not my fault! That's their own fault. She didn't apologize or anything.

We were also not provided the wifi password which was annoying.

The bar had last call at 10 which was annoying.

This place is garbage
Pros:

This place is garbage. The casino is a joke and the slots are tighter than any casino I’ve ever been to. You can’t take your drinks up to the room from the casino, which is total bs… the food is garbage everywhere and the staff are very unpleasant. Do better !

Decent, worked for what it was.
Pros:

Location was good. Very close to where we needed to go

Cons:

The room had stuff on the floor from the previous person. Most hotels have conditioner and lotion this was just shampoo and body wash from a hand dispenser. Price for what it was wasn't anything superior

Total Incompetence!!!
Pros:

I have been going to this Harrah's location for almost 30 years. Over the past few years there has been a steady decline in service and treatment of the customers! I spent well over a thousand dollars today with NO return. I can afford it, but when I went to the Laurel Lounge for a bite to eat, i was told to come back after 5:00 pm because I am ONLY Diamond Elite and NOT 7 stars! It won't be an issue anymore as there is a new Casino not far away that is getting GREAT reviews. My host (who was GREAT) was replaced several years ago! I have not heard from a host since then. Total incompetence!
