I love staying at Harrah's Joliet.
Pros:

I love staying at this hotel every time I'm in the Chicago area to visit relatives. The rooms are big, clean, and comfortable. I feel safe in the hotel, restaurants and casino. Strong wi-fi connection in the rooms, and up to 4 devices can be signed in at once. The bathtubs are made for lounging, so if you're like me and like to read in the tub, this is the place. The rooms are quiet, the employees seem genuinely happy to provide service, and I really feel welcome here. As a Caesar's Rewards member, I get the room for free, so this is a great value for rewards members. The location is very convenient; close to I-80 in downtown Joliet, but right on the river. Convenient parking garage with an enclosed walkway across the street to the hotel.

Le bruit des ascenceurs qui montent et qui descendent juste derriere le.mur avec le treuil qui demarre et qui s'arrete, tres difficile de dormir, la.chambre tres mal placee.

Decent stay
Pros:

We spent one night in the hotel in our way to Indiana . We were able to get a room for just the cost of the resort fee. The "gamble" was you didnt know which room type you would be assigned. We didnt care, it was only one night. We got a 2 queen room. No view but that doesnt matter. The room was very large, clean and quiet. We ate dinner at the grill, which was good. The slots, weren't very good to us. I did see others winning but we weren't so lucky. I love that Illinois requires casinos to be non smoking!

Clean, comfortable & friendly.
Pros:

It was a great place to stay while we toured Rt. 66 through Illinois! Very clean & helpful & friendly staff throughout the hotel & casino! Has a variety of restaurants as well! Plenty of free parking in the parking garage.
