The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-organised. Its location is extremely central just a short 5-minute walk from Carlton Hill, Waverley Station, the hop-on/hop-off bus stop, St James Centre, and several day trip pick-up points. Everything you need is conveniently close by, making it an ideal base for exploring the area.
The TV was not a smart TV, which limited evening entertainment options.
The location was perfectly situated from the Royal Mile, the New Town, and the train station. The entire facility was spotless - clean and fresh. The 2 bedroom flat was spacious and well appointed. The front desk team were helpful and friendly. Luggage storage was super easy when we arrived earlier in the day. Wow and go up on the rooftop terrace - spectacular views -attaching photos to show the postcard views!
The only issue is the seal around the bathtub door needs to be resealed as a lot of water ran out onto the floor. We had plenty of towels but long term that water run off will damage the flooring in our specific flat.
Very helpful staff with our problems and good location
We booked a 1 bed but was actually a studio with a bed hidden around the corner as the announcements from Waverly bellowed across the room. Luckily staff helped. The place generally is generally run down - a shower head fell on me. They also take deposits

We liked everything - the close location to the station, how spacious the apartment was, the rooftop terrace. The deco was pleasant, the bed huge and comfortable. The kitchen had all the necessary appliances. We felt impressed when we walked in.
The bathroom needs to be renovated. This was the only thing we did not like.

The apartment was a little tired, scuffed and marked walls, lights on the blink or not working at all, towel rail falling off in bathroom, very noisy with windows open due to nearby traffic and railway station, street noise, tiny double bed and very tight location in bedroom, hard to walk around the bed...
Everything. The location was amazing close to train and shopping Centre. Studio room was huge and had all the facilities needed. Agnus at reception was amazing, she suggested places to try and ensured our trip was amazing.

Fantastic location, beautiful high ceilings and decorated well. Good space in the apartment. Good coffee/ bar facilities.
The view is sadly non-existent (faces a brick wall). Bed is a little small.

Al lado del centro pero fuera del bullicio. Al lado del autobús que te lleva al aeropuerto. Cocina con todo lo necesario.
En general todo nos gustó, lo único es que el lavabo del baño es muy pequeño y cada vez que lo usas se sale agua. Y que se oye un poco los trenes.
Proximity to the train station. Good for families and larger groups.
Some of the rooms including ours did not have nice views. Lower levels get a lot of street noise.
