Great stay in a good location.
Pros:

Great space in kitchen / living area. Kitchen area well equipped. Big bathroom - plenty shelf space.
Comfy bed.
Big walk in cupboard for washing machine drying screen etc - although we did not use great to have avaiable.

Cons:

Only my personal view but sofas not comfy for short people - could do with some cushions to make more comfortable.
Cupbiard for hanging clothes in not well thought out - have to squeeze past chest of drawers to hanging space - would swap that about make it more user freindly.

Édimbourg est une très belle destination nous y reviendrons mais pas dans cet établissement

La propreté, le confort des chambres, la situation idéale.

Cons:

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits dans cet établissement, le chauffe eau dès le premier matin dysfonctionnait , nous n’avions n’y eau chaude n’y chauffage. Nous devions systématiquement faire appel au service technique pour qu’ils interviennent temporairement le temps que nous puissions nous doucher il faisait également froid dans l’appartement. Nous étions cinq nous devions attendre les interventions. À aucun moment l’on ne nous a proposé de changer de logement. Le dernier jour la solution proposée a été de nous doucher dans un autre logement.
À aucun moment le propriétaire n’est venu s’excuser pourtant c’est ce que le
Personnel de l’accueil nous avait laissé entendre.
Lorsque nous sommes partis on nous a juste offert les collations 4 bières et 5 cafés en désagrément et la possibilité de laisser les affaires dans l’appartement jusqu’à 14 heure, heure à laquelle nous devions rejoindre l’aéroport. En même temps l’appartement ne pouvait pas être loué compte tenu des circonstances bien que nous pensons que le problème était connu avant notre arrivée puisque des la première nuit le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas.
Il est vraiment dommage pour un tel établissement de ne pas proposer de solution à ses clients et de les laisser seuls à gérer une telle situation.
La barrière de la langue n’aidant pas nous sommes vraiment très déçus avec le sentiment de ne pas avoir été considéré nous espérions un peu plus de compassion et de prise en charge.
Par contre le personnel autant le matin à l’accueil que le technicien étaient sympathiques mais sans solutions à proposer.
Nous étions en séjour en famille et cette situation nous a tout de même contrariée et ce n’est os l’objectif que nous en faisions.
