予定外で、泊まったが、好感度は、高かったので、また、利用するときは、あるとおもいます。

忙しい中でも、笑顔と、おもてなしの精神が垣間見えました。

Cons:

朝、空港行きのリムジンバスに乗りたかったが、あちこちに、バスの表示があり、2、3度、間違えてしまい、時間がギリギリになってしまった❗️

プール、温泉

Cons:

コインランドリーが混む。
朝食のバリエーションが悪い。
朝食の沖縄そばのスープの補助が遅い。
連泊にしたら部屋の清掃に来てくれない。こっちはゴミだけでも片付けて欲しかった

I will never ever go back there. They don’t even clean the rooms until you book out. It was really not a good experience
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful

Cons:

The property is too big for the few facilities they have. The indoor swimming pool, which we had thought was a good idea to keep our teenagers busy if it was raining outside, was super overcrowded and we could not even get into the heated indoor pool. We were in the Annex, which is really far from everything. Breakfast was in an enormous, extremely lit up hall. It was extremely busy with lots of children running and screaming, even if we didn’t have small children.
