温泉がとても残念でした。

Cons:

温泉が楽しみでここに決めましたが、大浴場がとても狭くて風呂の水が汚い。風呂内に髪の毛や埃が沈んで見えた。更衣室も狭すぎてキャパオーバー。後ろの人と背中がつくぐらい狭いし、ドライヤーも取り合い状態。駐車場も第二を案内され、遠く、冷たい海風と雨に打たれながら行き来した。隣の部屋の物音が響く。海が見える部屋と言っていたが、海はちょっとで、あとは那覇の街が見えるだけ。特に良いとは言えない。

とにかく便利。コンビニもあってお土産ショップもあって隣で配送もできて温泉はついてるしコインランドリーもあってプールもある。上げればキリがないです！

Needs a renovation but decent stay for big tour groups.
Pros:

Onsen and the many restaurant choices were nice with a decent selection for breakfast. I liked having the grab and go bakery option for off hours.

Cons:

This is a very large hotel that attracts big tour groups close to the port of Naha. It could use a significant renovation and redesign of the common areas. The hotel is lacking a comfortable lounge area to sit and work within an otherwise enormous lobby. It would be a good idea to sell half of the hotel and focus on a tighter operation and renovate the common areas - particularly the gym, pool, and restaurants. The shops were not high quality and could be replaced by a proper common area and/or coffee shop. I was confused by the 2 different (huge) breakfast areas which had nearly the exact same menu. Feels like it should be divided into 2 hotels with different price points and some shared amenities.

Das Hotel war sehr schön und die Zimmer sehr geräumig. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr gut.

Cons:

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Containerjafens, deshalb ist die Aussicht vom Pool nicht schön und es war sehr laut. War nicht schön sich am Pool aufzuhalten. Der Frühstücksraum erinnerte an eine Kantine, ebenfalls sehr laut. Der Frühstücksraum war mit Teppichboden belegt und überall waren Flecken auf dem Boden, nicht gerade schön dort zu Frühstücken. Es gibt dort i der Nähe zwar einen kleinen Strand, direkt an zwei Brücken mit viel Autoverkehr, auch keine Ruhe wie am Pool. Die Stadt ist fußläufig zu weit, man muss eine 1/4 Stunde gehen und dann mit der Monorail zur City fahren.
Wir waren mit der Wahl auf der Insel Okinawa nicht zufrieden.
