例えば、洗濯終了時間を携帯に通知出来るようにするとか、

La vue sur le port avec avec containers et l aeroport

La salle du petit dejeuner et une cantine sans fenêtre avec un petit dejeuner pas du tout digne de l hotel et du prix que nous avons payé.

サービス精神がない。忙しいからかな？
Pros:

一階にあるレストラン、フォンテーヌが美味しかった。
子どもがプールを喜んだ。1箇所のみの開放なので小さい子ども用かなという印象。

Cons:

朝食がフォンテーヌではなく別の場所に設置されていた。フォンテーヌとのレベルの差を感じた。
卵を焼いてくれるシェフに半熟でと伝えたらほぼ生だったのでもう少し焼いて欲しいとお伝えしたところ、柔らかめと言ったじゃないですか！と言われて更にイージーと伝えたら世界どこでも通用しますなどど言われ、朝から嫌な気分になりました。
お客様の要望に応えるべきでは？と思った。
