あまり良くなかったです。
Pros:

朝食はよかったです。

Cons:

台風の影響でフロントが混みましたが、その対応が悪かったです。ロビーに人が溢れているなら、チェックインの時間を早める、フロントスタッフを増やして、お客さんの負担を減らす対応が必要だと思います。また、イースト館の案内を徹底して欲しいと思いました。ロビーから行くのに分かりづらかったし、遠くて不便でした。改善をお願いしたいと思います。

Pros:

The Eisa drum performance!

Cons:

The public bath facility is too small for such a huge hotel with many rooms. You have to line up and wait for your turn to
shower making the bath very inconvenient.

プールや温泉があってよかった

Cons:

チェックイン時(17:00)ごろに受付前でエイサーを演奏されてたのですが、受付のスタッフが大声を張り上げて接客をされてました。
エイサー演奏のタイミングとスタッフの育成が必要だと感じました。
