Excellent location when visiting Rome
Pros:

Excellent location within easy walking distance to the station, metro and bus terminal, comfortable beds, modern room and bathroom, pleasant staff, good continental breakfast (breads, cold meat, cheese, fruit, yoghurt etc, no eggs, bacon or sausage). Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets in the area. Within walking distance of some of the attractions i.e. Colosseum, Forum etc. Luggage storage facility available if required.

Cons:

No news channels in English, very poor WIFI, impossible to set the water temperature in the shower which varied from very hot to ice cold as you showered, no tea / coffee station in the room. €50 fee to extend check out from 11 am to 2 pm and €26 fee for early check-in both to be paid in cash. The credit card when checking in has to be a physical card not a virtual card resulting in my payment through Booking.com having to be credited and then re debited again at the hotel with my physical card which leaves you more open to card fraud.

Cumple para pasar una noche.
Cons:

Al llegar, nos informan que no podemos abonar nuestra estadía con nuestra wallet, que era requisito tener la tarjeta enformato físico. Detalle que nunca se menciona en ningún lado ni en las condiciones de pago y que, además, fue el medio de pago validado por Booking.com. Debieran adaptarse al mundo moderno en el que no trasladamos nuestras tarjetas físicas por seguridad. Una pena.

Fantastic location
Pros:

Great location only 3 min walk from Termini Station. Lovely clean and comfortable room. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Internal lock on bedroom door didn't work, mini fridge wasn't cold. Breakfast room was chaotic on Sunday with only one lady trying to do everything. We ended up having to clean a table for ourselves. Much calmer on the Monday morning however.

bom cafe da manha e localizacao. Nosso quarto teve problema com aguar quentemas logo foi prontamente resolvido. O Atendimento de todos foram de grande simpatia.

Cons:

A fachada e recepcao precisam de up grade, mas ~e um jeito comum de ser assim na Italia.

Pros:

If you’re looking for a place that’s affordable and centrally located, this is the place. About a 10 min walk from the Coliseum, 3 min walk from St. Mary Major Basilica, less than 15 min cab ride to the Spanish Seps. If you don’t plan on staying in the room very long and your touring the city all day, this hotel is great for that.
