Soggiorno stupendo, ci ritorneremo
Pros:

Hotel perfetto, ci siamo trovati molto bene per tutto. Ottima la SPA con la piscina riscaldata e la vista con la neve... ci ritorneremo.

Disappointing and dirty
Pros:

It's difficult to find something positive about this hotel. I'm usually very accommodating but unfortunately there's nothing positive to say.

Check in staff rude
Room. Appeared clean but there were hairs in the bathroom. The TV remote was black with dirt. The splash wall where the toilet brush was had obvious splashes. Couldn't be bothered to complain because of how unapproachable the staff were plus we were only there one night.

The pool area is OK except there's no once hanging rooms and you have to pay extra to use a towel.

I'd avoid this hotel if you want my honest opinion.

La posizione e lo staffs

Cons:

La pulizia, tutto l'hotel avrebbe bisogno di un ritocco dai bagni nelle camere, al centro benessere, dove stranamente entrano i bambini, nonostante i cartelli di divieto e il personale che ha visto i bambini entrare.

Per rimanere 4stelle ha bisogno seria manutenzione camere. In realtà è un 3 stelle, forse"3S"
Pros:

Posizione stupenda. Personale gentilissimo sia reception che in sala. Buffet colazione vario e fornito. Interessante l'area benessere.

Cons:

L'hotel sprovvisto di aria condizionata ma soprattutto all'ultimo piano "mansardato" a fine giugno con queste stagioni è INDISPENSABILE. Ventilatore fornito molto rumoroso ha disturbato il sonno. Pulizia struttura OK, quella della stanza cosìcosì. Se trattamento B&B (costo cena a parte) bisogna considerare che non ci sono bibite comprese nella proposta, quindi tutte extra da aggiungere al costo.

Da non tornarci

Unica nota positiva la piscina calda

Cons:

Siamo stati accolti da una signora arrogante al check in . Al momento della prenotazione con booking avevamo fatto la ricerca per 2 adulti e due bambini e ci hanno presentato un supplemento di 125 euro perche la camera cercata non era per 4 ma per 2 . Fatalità avevano la sistemazione ottimale alternativa disponibile , come se sapessero che si sarebbe presentato il problema.
La titolare molto scortese nonostante avessi riprovato la ricerca davanti ai suoi occhi e confermandonil prezzi negava la nostra riuscita e conferma che è un problema di booking ,nostro come ricercatori scarsi e non loro .
Abbiamo portato con noi altre un'altra coppia e un' altra famiglia con 2 bambini e si e verificato la stessa cosa e fatalità anche per loro hanno trovato sistemazione alternativa subito , addirittura pagando 230 +125 e non avendo il 4 letto .
Non ci torneremo piu .

La vista è la posizione comoda

Cons:

La colazione…non ci avevano informati che i tavoli erano riservati e ci siamo seduti in uno dove non c’era scritto “riservato”. Poco dopo arriva un signore anziano dello staff e ci fa notare che era riservato tirando fuori un foglietto da dietro un menù. Gli abbiamo detto che non ci era stato detto nulla e se voleva ci potevamo spostare in un altro tavolo ma ci è stato detto di no perché seno poi avremmo sporcato un tavolo in più, quindi di fare in velocità seno arrivavano gli altri due clienti alla quale era stato riservato il tavolo. Non l’ho trovato giusto e anche poco cortese

All'altezza della sua importante storia e tradizione

Gli scaldasalviette nei bagni per asciugare i vestiti dopo lo scii veramente utili
La piscina e la spa come strutture veramente ben fatte
