Pros:

The location is near Tower Effiel that is very good. The room is clean and they are providing Clarins body wash and shampoo that makes a credit. The towels are clean and white that is very important.

Cons:

The receptionist is not pleasant.

Pros:

Uns hat gefallen:
- die Lage ist hervorragend, man ist in 10 Gehminuten am Eifelturm
- wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer, das Bad hatte eine Dusche und Badewanne
- unser Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt
- das Zimmer war sehr hübsch eingerichtet
- wir durften unseren Hund zum Frühstück mitnehmen
- die vorhandenen Klimaanlage
- keine Extrakosten für unseren Hund

Cons:

Uns hat nicht gefallen:
- das Zimmer lag im Hinterhof, es war immer dunkel
- die Matratze war weich, man hatte aber auf beiden Seiten das Gefühl, man rutscht runter auf den Boden
- es gab nur einen Raumschlüssel
- die Pflegeprodukte sind von Clarins, nicht von Hermès

Das Frühstück war einem 4 Sterne Hotel nicht angemessen:
- der Frühstücksraum war viel zu klein, wir mussten öfters auf einen freien Platz warten
- es gab immer das Gleiche (drei Sorten Wurst, einmal Lachs, etwas Käse, Marmelade und Honig)
- einmal waren wir die letzten (weil wir warten mussten) und fehlende Sorten wurden dann nicht mehr nach gelegt (Salami und Lachs gab es dann halt nicht mehr)
- für den Frühstücksraum war eine Angestellte zuständig, die an zwei Tagen los gelaufen ist um Baguettes zu holen, weil der Vorrat nicht ausreichte
- während die Angestellte nicht da war, gab es keinen Personal Ersatz

Schönes Hotel mit toller Lage und hochwertiger Ausstattung. Zimmer für 4 Personen zu klein.
Pros:

Die Lage war mit 15 Minuten zu Fuß zum Eiffelturm und 4 Minuten zur Metro in einer Seitenstraße sehr gut. Das Zimmer verfügt über ein Doppelbett sowie zwei Sessel, die ausgezogen als weitere Schlafgelegenheit genutzt werden können. Die Ausstattung war hochwertig und in gutem Zustand. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut und für die Größe des Hotels recht umfangreich.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war für 4 Personen zu klein.

I enjoyed talking with the owner that I met a couple times. I would stay at this hotel again.
Pros:

Location was very close to the subway and the Eiffel Tower and many restaurants.
The room was comfortable, but could use a little more space.

Cons:

The comforter on the bed was a combination of sheet and cover, which did not work well for me. The desk area was a little cramped. I did appreciate the closet and the bathroom.
The breakfast was a little pricey, so I did not include that with my stay.
