One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in.
Pros:

All the food was of the highest quality and we used the Michelin restaurant regularly. The prices were very reasonable apart from wine!

La taille des chambres est exceptionnel comme la salle de bain, la décoration magnifique, la propreté, le mobilier, la taille du lit

Cons:

Le Wi-Fi ne fonctionnait tout bonnement pas ou pas très bien dans ma chambre. Le signal tombant en permanence. En 2026, ce n'est pas compliqué d'installer des répétiteurs.

Le pommeau de douche étant vétuste devrait être remplacé car cela aspergeait de tous les côtés. La aussi pour un hôtel de ce niveau ce n'est pas compréhensible.

Sehr schönes Haus mit Charme, große Zimmer, sehr gutes Restaurant. schöner, ruhiger Poolbereich. super Personal, sehr hilfsbereit. Meine Tochter war krank, die Rezeption hat Arzt organisiert und wir durften länger im Zimmer bleiben. Ganz herzlichen Dank. Zudem wurde eine Buchung kostenfrei storniert, obwohl „nicht kostenfrei stornierbar“ gebucht war. Danke für die Kulanz.

Nur Fenster zum Innenhof, die nicht geöffnet werden konnten

An great place to relax and explore Puebla.
Pros:

The room was very comfortable, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel is in a great location to explore Puebla. The restaurant serves amazing food from the region, its expensive but worth it. Realy great place to stay.

Cons:

I couldn't use the jacuzzi both days becuase it was been used as a kids pool.
