Hotel bien ubicado y confortable
Pros:

Me encantó el tamaño de la habitación, el jacuzzi muy confortable. Súper céntrico, a 10 min caminando de la catedral principal.

Cons:

Me gustaría que las habitaciones que tienen tina, tengan un shampoo para espuma a fin de disfrutar más la misma.

The hotel was lovely. The design was beautiful. The room was immaculate and the staff was helpful.

Cons:

My only complaint is that the th halls and floors were entirely stone or tile and all sounds reverberated throughout the room. People would walk up the stairs outside or our room and stand in the hallway talking loudly in the middle of the night. It was as if they were in the room with us. Then they'd slam the door as they went into their room. Even earplugs didn't help.

Nach zwei Wochen Rundreise durch Mexiko war dies unser letztes Hotel und wirklich nochmal pure Erholung.
Pros:

Super Lage, sehr komfortabel, schöner beheizter Pool und großer, schön warmer Jacuzzi. Zimmer waren super großzügig, ruhig und schön. Besonders die Damen am Empfang waren so zuvorkommend und herzenslieb, vielen Dank nochmal für alles. Ich möchte außerdem die Ludoteca loben, die Damen waren extrem liebenswert und die Kinder wollten ständig dort spielen - genial. Wir sind öfter in Puebla und kommen sicher wieder. Bis bald.

Puebla muy bello y el Hotel Casareyna Excelente!
Pros:

La habitacion es super comoda y la cama excelente, muy linda la habitacion y la decoracion. El desayuno muy bien. Y la ubicacion del Hotel super buena. El servicio de SPA recomendadisimo.

Cons:

Tuvimos mala experiencia con un Uber local debido a los nombres de los lugares y el mal servicio que nos dieron en el UBER.

Such a treat to stay here!

This is a stunning property with a fabulous collection of art displays throughout. Rooms are huge, spa is lovely and restaurant serves delicious food - all in all a perfect stay!

Pros:

Comfertable clean spacious rooms. Restaurant on site but we did not eat there. Close to activities but far enough from the noisy downtown area.

Cons:

You only get two coffee capsules during your stay and they charge you for additional ones. Would have been nice to have tea options and not just coffee .

It was a nice, quiet comfortable hotel. I would stay again when visiting Puebla.
Pros:

The reception desk staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was good sized. The beds comfortable. The bathroom was spacious.

Cons:

The shower had mold and wasn’t completely clean around the floor edges and corners which surprised me because everything else seemed very clean.
For English only speaking guests there might have been more than CNN offered. How about Netflix or HBO, CNBC or…

Buen hotel, poca flexibilidad.
Pros:

Restaurante Excelente. La atención del personal en general es muy buena. Las habitaciones son amplias.

Cons:

Intentamos modificar las fechas de la reserva con 24 horas antes de la llegada debido a una contingencia ambiental en el estado de México lo cual nos impedía trasladarnos a Puebla. La gerente fue muy amable sin embargo la empresa fue poco flexible y tuvimos que pagar una penalidad la cual en mi opinión la considero injusta.
