Buen hotel, poca flexibilidad.
Pros:

Restaurante Excelente. La atención del personal en general es muy buena. Las habitaciones son amplias.

Cons:

Intentamos modificar las fechas de la reserva con 24 horas antes de la llegada debido a una contingencia ambiental en el estado de México lo cual nos impedía trasladarnos a Puebla. La gerente fue muy amable sin embargo la empresa fue poco flexible y tuvimos que pagar una penalidad la cual en mi opinión la considero injusta.

It was a nice, quiet comfortable hotel. I would stay again when visiting Puebla.
Pros:

The reception desk staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was good sized. The beds comfortable. The bathroom was spacious.

Cons:

The shower had mold and wasn’t completely clean around the floor edges and corners which surprised me because everything else seemed very clean.
For English only speaking guests there might have been more than CNN offered. How about Netflix or HBO, CNBC or…

Cozy Puebla Hotel
Pros:

Comfertable clean spacious rooms. Restaurant on site but we did not eat there. Close to activities but far enough from the noisy downtown area.

Cons:

You only get two coffee capsules during your stay and they charge you for additional ones. Would have been nice to have tea options and not just coffee .

Stunning hotel with some sound proofing issues
Pros:

Gorgeously designed/restored building with talavera art featured throughout. The room was very spacious and beautifully appointed and though the weather wasn’t suited for it, the pool area is stunning too.

Cons:

This is an issue throughout the whole of Mexico, but the building and specifically the rooms were not at all soundproofed and with all the rooms opening to the main courtyard of the building that had a crèche, we could hear kids shouting whilst they were playing for a lot of our stay.

Stylish and affordable hotel not far from the centre of Puebla.
Pros:

Third year in a row I’ve stayed here. Its just fantastic. Friendly helpful staff. Trendy spacious rooms. Great adjoining restaurant and pool. Good value for money.

Cons:

The pool was out of action for repairs. This was due to earthquake related damage two weeks before my visit, so really not the hotel’s fault at all.

Die Zimmer waren sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, die Betten bequem und das Bad groß und schön
Der Pool war ebenfalls schön, das Wasser warm.
Gute Lage zur Innenstadt, mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut zu erreichen.

Herausragender, toller, freundlicher Service. Probleme, die es leider auch gab, wurden professionell und zügig bereinigt. Das Restaurant ist sehr gut und recht günstig, das Frühstück hervorragend. Das Zimmer war sehr groß, Wasserdruck und Temperatur sehr gut. Das Bett war sehr bequem.

Cons:

Über den geschlossenen Pool und Whirlpool wurden wir leider nicht im Vorfeld informiert. Auf Nachfrage wurde dies mit kostenlosem Frühstück kompensiert. Zudem lassen sich die Zimmer nur schlecht lüften, denn bauartbedingt gibt es keine größeren Fenster nach draußen. Wir haben mit Klimaanlage "gelüftet". Zudem ist die Akustik in den Räumen sehr hallig. Bei einem Hotel dieser Klasse hätte ich außerdem mit einem Kühlschrank im Zimmer gerechnet.
