El wifi a veces se iba y tampoco me gustó que intentarán hacer el cobro ,cuando la propuesta de Booking decía que el pago se haría directamente en el alojamiento.

Pros:

El hotel es precioso. Tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar y más todavía.
El restaurante es magnífico. Nos quedamos a desayunar todos los días y una noche nos quedamos a cenar y la experiencia fue memorable. Una tarde nos quedamos en la piscina para leer y relajarnos y se estaba genial.
Sin duda cuando volvamos a Puebla nos alojaremos aquí.

Cons:

La habitación que nos asignaron estaba arriba de la cocina y se oía un poco de ruido cuando empezaban a preparar el desayuno.

Excelente experiencia
Pros:

Me encantó! Las habitaciones muy amplias y cómodas. El personal muy atento y todos simpáticos. El restaurant y la atención también muy buenos. Muy agradable que en el sector de las habitaciones no hay nada de ruido y en el tercer piso hay una piscina con reposeras perfectas para pasar el rato.

Hotel bien ubicado y confortable
Pros:

Me encantó el tamaño de la habitación, el jacuzzi muy confortable. Súper céntrico, a 10 min caminando de la catedral principal.

Cons:

Me gustaría que las habitaciones que tienen tina, tengan un shampoo para espuma a fin de disfrutar más la misma.
