Embarrasing as I was with my employees to visit a business client
Pros:

Overall the hotel was clean, accomodating and the staff were great.

Cons:

There was no heating in the rooms on floor 2 and we were awake most of the night
The full Breakfast was not available at 9.00 one rasher Bacon, no sausages or mushrooms, when this was replenished the eggs had run out, this continued and we had to get bits of breakfast as it was available.

Over priced and not value for money.
Pros:

Breakfast was an extra price, £10 each on top of hotel price and parking was £12 on top of hotel price. Value for money was not acceptable for cost of room. Minimal cover supplied in room on arrival.

Cons:

fantastic relaxing 3 nights!
Pros:

very very clean hotel! the staff were all superb, got a good morning from the cleaner which is the first for me! everything was great, onsite parking was very limited.

nothing really - every box ticked as great!
