Breakfast was ok, only mixed berries could do with fresh fruit
The whole experience arrived at 12.30 able to park the car and walk around and all the staff was pleasant and

Shower room clean, good hot shower and nice towels. Bed comfy. Good lift. Efficient air con.
Although we always stay in Holiday inn with our dog we have never had a room smelling strongly of dog. It was very unpleasant.
There was a mess up with staff doing something wrong so that we didn't get correct parking charge and had to claim it back.
Real nuisance at night with roadworks as road closed so when we came back in the evening we had to do a long diversion.
Shame no fresh fruit with yoghurt and found it very difficult to eat at low coffee tables allocated for dog owners. Usually a few of the normal height tables are available - especially considering we paid £30 for the dog to be there.
