Location and breakfast good, balance NOT so good
Pros:

location great due family member in Abercorn Rehab Center

Cons:

Booking indicated 2 nights with 2 beds - ck in person advised only made for 1 night and had no
room on 2nd night. Finally settled on handicapped room with 1 king bad. Temp in room
varied from cold to hot regardless of what we set.

It was not worth $175, but it served the purpose.
Pros:

It was safe, the needs were comfy, and it was spacious. Oh and they carts were really nice to bring out items up and down stairs. We arrived late and there was someone there to assist us with check in. There were enough towels and the soap was not refilled with water.

Cons:

There were hairs on the floor, in the shower and sink, then in the rising someone knocked on our door for check out as if we didn’t know and weren’t preparing to check out. And he came twice as if there was a rush to clean when the cleaning crew was waiting to clean our room and they weren’t.

The water pressure was terrible, at one point the water was not working at all. I never received a call from the property manager about discounting my total stay due to the inconvenience.

Our stay was great other guess made the night bad
Pros:

Rooms were clean associates were very nice

Cons:

The biggest problem was the second night other guess came
In at 11pm yelling and banging from room to room till 2:30 am kept us up during that time

It should have been better

The location and buildings well kept.

Cons:

We were experiencing our first day at your facility, I was shock when my wife discovered bloody sheet on one of the bed near the door. This really was disappointing since this was discovered late night after a busy day driving from Augusta, Ga. and attending a wake service for a brother In law.
