It was a fun overnight getaway so we could take our grandson swimming.

I would like to say the lady up at the front desk the night we checked in was so nice to us and so polite. She was super! The next morning, the lady who did the breakfast was so nice and polite to me. That morning we checked out was so nice, too. You have a very food staff there. We were staying because I lost my brother and going to his that morning. Your staff made me and not only me so welcome at this time when we needed it the most. Thank you for hiring the staff you have. We

A great brand and a great place
Pros:

Everything went well. Nice place - great staff. I had been in emergency room the day before arrival because of a bad fall in downtown Chicago. I called and asked if I could access room early to rest before heading to an event -and they accommodated me.

Cons:

There was a nice large sitting room in suite - but a little odd since tv was accross from bed but no tv across from sitting area (where I assume most would watch TV.

Very friendly staff - front desk, breakfast lady, & manager. Comfortable bed. I liked the chair in the room with the extension you can put your legs on. Clean room and hotel. Good breakfast - panacke machine, SF syrup, oatmeal packets, Frosted Flakes, Raisin Bran, Special K with Red Berries, bananas, oranges, apples, egg white veggie omlets, scrambles eggs, biscuits and gravy, pork sausage, turkey sausage, muffins, bagels, toast, cinnamon rolls, Oikos yogurt.

Pros:

i stayed 7 night at these hotel with my mom room was huge,but very loud heating unit ,bed,s huge toilet basic but all clean.
the breakfast was okay wiched some cheeses ittem rotation was small only one or 2 things changed and agter some days cinamon rolls cereal i was done

Pros:

Location. Close to where I needed to be. Bonus Starbucks was so close. Breakfast was pretty good.

Cons:

Two fridges didn’t work well. There was a big bug in the room, then ant on the bed. Also, hotel was really expensive for just being in a dinky, nothing special town.

Pros:

Very nice breakfast and very clean

Cons:

Our family was watching a movie on the tv and they knocked on our door to lower the volume. We had the bigger room so for it to be heard in the room was hard and to have us limit the tv volume is unacceptable. Will not return.
