Pros:

staffing issues that strongly affect guests

Cons:

miss communicating due to a mistake booking on my part. when I thought it was resolved. double checked. next day stories and policies changed on hotels part. very untrustworthy and sadly manipulating. usually have no problems with holiday inns...stayed at them for years, guess all chains have a weak link in staffing and management. I would say this is definitely one.

Une étape à Crystal River
Pros:

Hôtel bien placé, chambres spacieuses et proche des activités, le personnel d'accueil étaient de bon conseil.
Présence de café et thé à volonté dans le hall de l'hôtel.
Excellent petit déjeuner.

Cons:

La piscine n'était pas accessible, c'est bien dommage avec les fortes températures.

Modern, roomy facilities, great for early morning manatee tours, professionally run
Pros:

5 Minutes from our manatee tour, large, clean rooms with microwave and fridge, everything working 100% properly, clean-smelling and reasonably modern, with ample parking and breakfast starting at 6am for manatee tour-goers. Reception that welcomed us was highly professional. Price was extremely reasonable. It was a functional visit for us - just for a manatee tour, so we didn't use any of the facilities and cannot comment on those, but the hotel seemed quite new, well-maintained and professionally managed overall.

Cons:

Reception was extremely strict with the check-out time, which is their right, but can be a problem if your tour goes a little longer than expected and you wish to leave things in the hotel or have a quick wash afterwards (reasonable to want to do). I would say that, if your tour is at 7am, you are safe. Ours was supposed to end at 10am but took longer and it was tight, returning and checking out. If your tour ends at 11 you'll need to negotiate with the hotel in advance.
