NOT a good experience!
Pros:

Room had slight musty smell when entered but thought we'd be okay. However, come sleep time and turned AC on it became a damp strong musty smell and feel. Kept awaking all night w stuffy head. Beds hot! Mattress covers thick and too warm? Terrible night. Cobwebs on room ceiling. Chairs torn and worn in eating area. Asked to change rooms and told none available. Checked out. Bad experience.

Unhappy front desk mad people look out for there family
Pros:

Was a great hotel until new little girl working with curly hair started. Got hotel room paid with credit card authorization form got to hotel was given a form for my car and GIVEN my room keys when I went to go in with my dog she said I need to pay the pet fee out of pocket she was mad since I came in the first time stating I won’t be using a physical card because a form was filled she didn’t let me just fill the pet form and charge to card on file instead insisted I pay out of pocket for my pet fee she needs to learn her JOB I got hotel at another holiday in no problems obviously she hasn’t worked anywhere long.
