Very small parking lot. Late arrivals make it almost impossible to find a parking spot.

Everything was wonderful other thab the pool situation!
Pros:

Exceptionally clean! Great breakfast!

Cons:

The pool was closed. I would of liked being notified ahead of our stay so I could make other entertainment arrangements for my kids.

Great location.
Pros:

Great location. Alma from reception was the most lovely person, looked after us so well and ensure she sorted out the issues we were having.

Cons:

Unfortunately the bed in our room was dirty when we pulled back the sheets. Thankfully Alma sorted us out but it was clear no care and attention had gone in to making the rooms up.
Breakfast was bland, we’ve stayed in a few holiday inn’s throughout our trip and this was the worst breakfast of them all.
I dislike the fact that there were cards all over the room asking for tips for the maid/cleaner, especially when such a bad job was being done.

Pros:

Nice location. Close to the manatee stuff in the area.

Cons:

Our room had a really, really bad smell… almost like poop(?). We tried airing it out by opening our room door and even asked for air freshener, but it didn’t really help, and it kept getting worse every day lol. I hope they take care of it before they let other guests stay in that room because it was nauseating.
