The beds were comfy and clean. Breakfast was good.
The staff was proficient, but I didn’t see one person smile at check-in, breakfast, or check-out. The hotel had a damp feeling, but they did have fans running on the hallways to try to combat that. Overall, it was too expensive for the vibes & location.

Our bathroom door didn’t close, the shower head was hanging off the wall, ac unit very loud and not consistent in cooling.
It was clean and right off the highway
There was a good 10 minute week to check in. I went to check in and my room still was not available because it hadn’t been cleaned. So then it was another 30 minutes.
The hotel was spotless. It looked and smelled incredibly clean. My room size was ample. Much bigger than other rooms I’ve stayed in at other hotels. Parking was easy. Staff was nice.
Check in was tedious. Maybe they were under staffed but this poor woman seemed to be working very hard to obtain info from housekeeping as to whether rooms were clean / ready. I felt bad for her. The staff was only overwhelmed because they had so many folks checking in and the information as to whether rooms were clean and ready or not was not making it back to the front desk fast enough. But, throughout it all, the staff remained pleasant and friendly and they handled it very well. Also I feel the price per night was gouged. Very high. $400+. But, I didn’t really have complaints about my room or my stay so it is what it is.
Fan in bathroom was broke. Food on the floors. Hair all in the bed, pull out sofa was gross.

Manager was exceptional & went out of her way to make a unexceptable situation better.
Traveling with my son & had confirmed a 2 bedroom but at check in all they had available was a king jacuzzi room & they were sold out.
Also air conditioning was down in lobby, hallways & breakfast area.
Pool & Gym were under construction & not stated they were unavailable when booking.
Also note did not see signs posted at elevator untill final morning that fire sprinklers were not working & to call 911.
Clean and they are working on improving the workout area.
