Awful! Never going back !
Pros:

Nothing really

Cons:

I had to go buy shower cleaner and a brush to scrub the black mold out before I could shower!!! I wanted a room w a tub but didn’t get one like they said I would!!! We checked out early and went to a new hotel it was so gross!

Pros:

The hotel was good people they even helped us work on trying to get a refund since of the false advertisement they helped us with lawyers and even in the general manager helped us to be able to file a complaint because we literally showed them and they felt terrible that we paid literally $80 more for something we didn't even receive. .

Cons:

Bookings not the actual Hotel they are falsely advertising this company saying they have a spa in the room do not believe bookings they are liars completely Do not go through bookings But use a different company as their customer service will take care of you respond back to you and even give refunds when they make mistakes

We love staying at this location for the warm welcome and wonderful accommodations.
Pros:

The staff is always so welcoming and kind!

Cons:

We have never had a complaint and have stayed at this location multiple times. It’s close to everything!

Horrible Housekeepers/Comfy Beds
Pros:

The beds were very comfy and they had alot of pillows of 2 types for different types of sleepers. I loved the physical location it was close to absolutely everything!

Cons:

Very dirty, first room had tons of nasty pet hair all inside the pullout sofa and there weren't any back up sheets or blankets for it. I was then moved to another room with a rat trap fully visible and leaking poison on the carpet with droppings all over the floor. The sofa bed in the 2nd room was broken and stained. Luckily it had too many extra beds. The lighting was so weird the switches were on the headboards only. There were no wall switches in the bedrooms.
