Past stays were much better then this last one
Pros:

Breakfast was very good.

Cons:

Room was in need of some repairs. There was mold in the bathroom. The tack strip where it transitioned to carpet, the tacks were exposed and hurt your feet when you stepped on it.

Fair but not excellent. And expensive for just a fair experience.
Pros:

Staff was super friendly.
Location was great.
Coffee was delicious.

Cons:

Room had minor things that looked like it wasn’t cared for with excellence- I.e panel on floor of bed frames loose, inefficient and squeaky microwave… Fitness facility also- treadmill squeaky and strong smell in fitness room- not pleasant. Water machine low on water.

Pros:

The staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. The only issue that was a concern was the back door to the parking area kept hanging up and not closing correctly, we told the front desk, and they would get it closed but it needed more attention to fixing the problem for security purposes. Overall, it was a great place to stay while visiting my father for his 80th. birthday. I will definitely stay again in the future as I make a trip once a year for family visits.

No warm water for shower. No eggs for breakfast. Poor quality of sofa bed. Less clean than previous stays

The bed was amazing. Was in the heat and sun all day with a softball tournament. Room was cool, bed was the best. Slept like a log.

Awful! Never going back !

Cons:

I had to go buy shower cleaner and a brush to scrub the black mold out before I could shower!!! I wanted a room w a tub but didn’t get one like they said I would!!! We checked out early and went to a new hotel it was so gross!

The hotel was good people they even helped us work on trying to get a refund since of the false advertisement they helped us with lawyers and even in the general manager helped us to be able to file a complaint because we literally showed them and they felt terrible that we paid literally $80 more for something we didn't even receive. .

Cons:

Bookings not the actual Hotel they are falsely advertising this company saying they have a spa in the room do not believe bookings they are liars completely Do not go through bookings But use a different company as their customer service will take care of you respond back to you and even give refunds when they make mistakes
