I have stayed here multiple times it's close to home and great for emergencies such as this trip when I couldn't stay at my apartment. The first few days were fantastic, nice and relaxing as you would expect for a hotel stay. Mid way through my stay I got a call from the front desk while I was out that I needed to come back and clean my room because it was disgusting. They claimed my cats, who are registered emotional support animals with paperwork to prove it, pooped on the floor. I came back and there was a tiny piece that got kicked out of the box. When I got to the hotel the front desk lady who called me handed me a trash bag to help clean it up which I thought was nice. About 10 minutes after I picked it up and cleaned the room she came back saying it was disgusting and forced me to spray what she said was febreze, so I did a few times around the box. As I handed the bottle back to her she snatched it away and said it wasn't enough and proceeded to spray every inch of my room so even if it did smell all I can smell now was the febreze, I could even taste it in the air it was so much. As she was doing this she questioned me about how many cats I have, are they both service animals, what kind of service animals, and then didn't believe me when I answered her. My two cats are both registered emotional support animals this was documented when I checked in. The biggest issue is my entire stay I had the no housekeeping and animal roommate sign on the door so no one would enter

The staff was absolutely amazing. We were staying here while our house was getting some work and flooded so we had a last minute need to find a temp home ordeal and my husband, myself and our 2 dogs were here for a little over a month and would def go back if needed. The place is nice and clean and very accommodating.
There wasn't much. Maybe the washers and dryers could have been cleaner but thats not a big deal at all. It was pleasant honestly.
Bed and pillows were comfortable ,I slept very well!
There was a problem with the booking confirmation. So we went ahead and just paid upfront since the front desk said we should get refunded. No confirmation received by the hotel and even when we gave the confirmation no. It still wont come up. I emailed them both the hotel and booking.com. no one seems to have responded. My card amd my husbands card were charged. I need answers. This is my first time to have encountered said problem with booking.com. please do something about it.

The confirmation number did not come up and we had to pay again. I have an upcoming reservation that is out of the country and I hoped this wont get messed up.
Great stay for one month and one week while working on a construction project. Great staff, great stay.
There wasn't much around the hotel as it sits back off a main road, but it was quiet and clean. Bed was nice I appreciated the thicker comforter as I'm always cold
