Pros:

The rates were reasonable and it had a kitchenette in the room.

Cons:

It was no breakfast, The pool was closed, the bathrooms wasn't clean and had alot of mildew stains around the tub!! The rates was reasonable, but I wasn't happy about my overall stay, but I made the best of it.

It was a pleasure to stay here.
Pros:

The room was very clean and the hotel was very quiet. Publix, Burger King, Golden Carrol, and Dunking were in walking distance. I like that they allowed pets. This was the main reason we stayed here. There is a grassy area in the front on the motel to walk your dog. You just have be careful of the ants and sand fleas.

Cons:

The motel is a little older. The bathrooms could be updated. The tv remote was hard to work. To get to the channel guide you had to turn the tv off and then on again. I am still waiting for my receipt for my stay. I was told it would be emailed. Nothing yet.

Best hotel staff I have ever experienced in the hotel industry.
Helpful, kind but professional.
Very respectful and understanding if you're having an issue outside your stay at the hotel "as I was at that time".

Excellent choice!

Cons:

No breakfast, but that's nothing when you're staying HERE.
