The room was comfortable, clean, and I enjoyed the complimentary coffee.
Pros:

It was convenient to get in and out of. The staff were friendly and quick to respond to requests. There was always someone available at the front desk.

Cons:

I thought my room came with a couch or maybe an extra chair. Some place to sit that wasn’t the bed. It also didn’t have a suitcase stand. There were no towels in the fitness center. The elevator got stuck out first day there but it was fixed quickly. It was just loud when it moved.

We love Victoria and it was our first time in that hotel was very peaceful and comfy wifi was so so

Very good and delicious everything was very good no complaints at all

Cons:

Slow wifi other than that our first stay was awesome and very peaceful and delightful we enjoyed it and will be back again for sure
