Allison was able to reconcile a price difference on my booking where as two other staff members were unable to do.
The room was clean and quiet
The front desk man was pushy, rude and made me feel really uncomfortable. The blinds didn’t work so I couldn’t even enjoy my Mountain View. And the shower flooded the bathroom. The shuttle was late to pick me up.
Everything about this stay was wonderful. Great restaurant, great staff, comfortable beds, nice rooms.
The only down side was no pool or hot tub.
Breakfast was not included in our stay.
Keurig didn’t work, no water dispensers anywhere for reusable cups or bottles, staff couldn’t or wouldn’t tell me which side of the building we’d be on to park accordingly, I listed 5 adults as staying in the reservation but we were only provided 3 towels, and the bathroom was dirty.
it is a beautiful property . well maintained . the shuttle takes you to the airport in no time and goes 24/7. staff is very friendly and the restaurant is good for dinner and breakfast

When the housekeeper knocked on my door to see if we were checking out- I told her that we had a late checkout and she rolled her eyes-pissed me off. Also when my my wife asked for more toilet paper from the same house keeper she was terse with my wife and then said something in Spanish under her breath when she walked away and my wife certainly can tell it was not "have a nice day" I would have complained to the front desk if we were not in hurry to catch a plane.

The sofa clean was completely dirty, with chicken nuggets and sodas under the sofa, it was obvious no one cleaned it before we arrived, coffee machine was broken and they didn’t replace it

Not an ice machine on every floor. Left my dog bed there and they couldn’t seem to find it after my stay. Pet fees were very high for a 9 pound dog. Most of the staff were cordial at best.

we did not like that we were asked about our long term parking, and i let em know that we were gonna park at the airport for the location and security. i was reassured that your hotel the double tree was a safe and protected parking for long term stay by your asst general manager vanessa
unofrtunately our vehicle was broken into and besides the window damage and water damage caused to our vehicle and our firearms stolen out the vehicle was very disheartening! being parked right outside the doors and in front of the security cameras!! The hotel assured us they saw nothing and could not review the security camera footage? Only the law enforcement could review the footage??? very odd? is this the policy of double tree hilton? the only way we knew that our vehicle was broken into was not by the hotel notifying us, but a customer that was from england sent me pics to my phone as we have decals on my truck. i then notified the hotel after numerous calls if they could please look at the cameras and see what happened. they then assured me that they had no control over that and i would have to deal with it when i got back. i was absolutely dissapointed , bucasue it rained all that day and after alot more calls i asked if they could at least cover the window with platic as i was returning the following day. when i returned to the hotel we could not get the shuttle ride back to the hotel after three calls, and we had to pay a taxi 67$ to get to the hotel and then to be treated like lepers like we did something wrong! my family was very dissapointed it was late and after a four hour wait for the law enforcement officers we were told to go home and handle the police report for stolen firearms on the phone. this is not the outcome we expected, we parked in front of the cameras and front doors, i understand that your hotel staff does not provide private security for vehicles? i dont understand how all that samage happened without any one noticing
