Pros:

My flight was canceled (as many others) and it was late (11pm). The hotel had more than one shuttle running it appeared to me they were working to accommodate the stranded travelers. I heard people waiting for shuttles to other hotel groups complaining how long they had been waiting. The first shuttle was full before I could get on it but I was told another was on its way and only waited 10 more minutes. Room was great - I had to take 4am shuttle next morning but the start breakfast at 3am which is great. After frustration of Weather delays and rebooted flights- it was so nice to feel like a business stepped up and did a good job.

Great for early flight!
Pros:

Close to the airport with a shuttle service that started super early in the morning which we needed! Even had a to go breakfast that was appreciated! The room was up to date and everything worked well.
