Acceptable but lied to.
Pros:

I made a reservation for two queen beds online and it was quick and easy. When I arrived at the hotel, it was clean and inviting.

Cons:

I made a reservation for two queen beds and received one queen bed. When I asked as to why I did not receive the two queens, I was told that it's optional and there were no other rooms available. I was very disappointed with that answer. Why allow customers to select the option of two queen beds when the facility will determine what you receive? I will not be staying at another Candlewood in the future for this reason. Is it difficult to give a paying customer what they requested?

Maintenance was not good.
Pros:

a) Beds were good.
b) Place was really nice.

Cons:

a) Room was ready after we reached there around 3.40PM.
b) Shower in bathroom did not work. Staff are aware of this already and still allocated it.
c) Body Wash soap was finished and not refilled.
