Pros:

Absolute Everything. I can’t relate to any of the negative comments. I loved the room in fact I extended my stay and it became my favorite place to stay in Istanbul. The room is cozy and pet friendly. My cat loves the rooms, she can sit on the window sill, watching the other cats outside. it’s safe for cats not to fall and the bed is very comfortable! Whenever I needed something, the manager helped and provided me with everything I needed! They are very attentive and the cleaning staff is very nice. I would absolutely recommend friends to stay at this place

Отлично провели время
Pros:

Отличное месторасположение, очень хороший большой номер и удобная кровать. Приветливый персонал. Хусейн очень быстро реагировал на любую просьбу, всегда был на связи и готов помочь. Недостатки можно найти и в люксовых отелях 5*, где ночь стоит, как неделя проживания здесь, а номера по площади в разы меньше. Нам все понравилось.

Останавливались в этой гостинице и остались очень довольны своим выбором. Прежде всего хочется отметить администратора Hüseyin İslam emiroğlu , это человек, который действительно делает всё возможное, чтобы гости чувствовали себя комфортно. Мы приехали поздно ночью, но нас без проблем встретили, всё подробно объяснили, быстро заселили и помогли освоиться. Было особенно приятно такое внимательное и доброжелательное отношение после дороги.

Отдельно хочется поблагодарить за помощь с ориентированием по городу-нам подсказали удобные маршруты, рассказали, куда лучше сходить и как быстрее добраться до нужных мест. Администратор всегда был на связи, отвечал на любые вопросы, что создавало ощущение надёжности и заботы. В день отъезда нам даже помогли найти такси до аэропорта, причём сделали это быстро и без лишних сложностей.

Завтраки в гостинице хорошие: не сказать, что огромный выбор, но всё свежее, вкусное и вполне достаточно, чтобы хорошо начать день. Комната была чистая, аккуратная, всё необходимое для комфортного проживания присутствовало-удобная кровать, чистое бельё, все базовые удобства.

Район тоже порадовал: спокойный, безопасный и при этом очень удобный. Рядом есть магазины, кафе, транспорт-всё, что может понадобиться во время поездки. Это значительно облегчает пребывание и экономит время.

В целом остались только положительные впечатления. Здесь действительно заботятся о гостях, и это чувствуется в мелочах. С удовольствием остановились бы здесь снова и можем смело рекомендовать это место другим путешественникам.

L'état des équipements. La décoration est "d'époque", ce qui aurait son charme si les équipements (gaz de cuisson inopérant, robinet de la salle de bains dévissé) n'étaient pas aussi très vieillots.

El alojamiento es muy espacioso y está bien ubicado. Lo recomiendo.

Cons:

Hacía demasiado calor. Pedimos si podían bajar la calefacción y traernos una toalla más (ya que éramos 3 y solo nos dejaron 2), pero no nos hicieron caso.

Situé dans le centre historique de la vieille ville d’Istanbul au milieu des restaurants, échoppés du quartier historique et les dédales de cette ville millénaire.

Cons:

Il est difficile de s’y rendre de ses propres moyens ( en voiture avec le gps) nous avons dut prendre un taxi pour nous rendre, un système d’ouverture et de fermeture d’obstacles est nécessaire et des autorisations gouvernementales afin de préserver la quiétude.

Pros:

At our request, we were given a much better room: spacious, comfortable, with a beautiful sea view. The hotel has a great location — everything is nearby.

Hussein was very responsive and quickly resolved any issues, such as the Wi-Fi and other requests we had.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was truly unacceptable.
We booked this property for 247 EUR. However, upon arrival, the manager charged us 250 EUR without any explanation or prior consent. While the difference is small, charging guests without authorization is highly unprofessional. When I requested an invoice, I was initially only given a card receipt and told that no invoice was available. The invoice was only provided the next day, with the explanation that he had been too busy and misunderstood my request. This does not justify the lack of proper service and professionalism.
The hygiene conditions were extremely concerning. As soon as we entered the room, we saw two cockroaches. Later that night, my wife had to kill another one next to the bed. Even worse, today morning around 3 a.m., a cockroach crawled onto my wife’s face while she was sleeping, which woke her up in shock and caused significant distress. This is absolutely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about basic hygiene and safety.
The bathroom had a strong unpleasant odor, and there was standing water on the floor coming back up from the drain. The ventilation did not work at all, so the smell remained in the room. The shower water pressure was extremely weak.
There were also clear safety issues: the water heater and electrical wiring were installed in a messy and potentially unsafe way, and some floor tiles were loose, posing a risk of injury. The bedside lamp did not work, and we later found that there wasn’t even a bulb installed.
In addition, during our 3-night stay, there was no housekeeping service at all—no cleaning and no towel replacement.
Overall, this property does not meet even basic standards of hygiene, safety, or service. It completely ruined our first impression of Istanbul.
I strongly do not recommend staying here.
