Oteli cok beyendim. Konumu merkezdeydi. Otel temiz ve fiyatı makuldü. Otelde çalışan personel çok cana yakın ve pozitif. Oteldə çalışan Hüseyin bize çok yardımcı oldu. Bu oteli tavsiye ederim.

Pros:

La proximité de l'hôtel avec le centre-ville d'Istanbul, afin de pouvoir se promener facilement avec de jeunes enfants, ainsi que la présence d'une cuisine pour préparer nos repas lorsque nous ne souhaitons pas manger à l'extérieur.
La literie très confortable pour dormir après une grosse journée et soirée de promenade.
Personnel très serviable si besoin d'une chose on nous l'apportait.

Hôtel un peu vieillot mais pour dormir c'était très agréable !

Posizione ottimale per visitare la città a piedi, lo staff è stato molto amichevole specialmente con i bambini. La colazione è tipica turca, buona. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

Cons:

Purtroppo la nostra camera differiva totalmente dalle foto di booking, era in un piano interrato finestrato su un piccolo cortile chiuso. Non era pulitissima e l'ultima notte mancava l'acqua calda. In fase di prenotazione avevo chiesto un lettino per neonati ma non l'ho trovato in camera. Mancava telecomando del televisore e il divano era rotto. Cattivo odore dalla cucina.

У меня было несколько бронирований. Я продлевала пребывание в отеле. В общей сложности мы прожили 14 дней. В плохом отеле не будешь жить 2 недели. Читаю негативные отзывы и удивляюсь. Тараканов я не видела. Может не нужно оставлять открытую еду? Следы протечек на потолке? Да, есть. Дом старый. Да и какой он может быть в историческом центре Стамбула? Может лучше, чем делать фото протечек, лучше сделать фото цветущего Стамбула? Повторюсь из предыдущих отзывов: персонал приветливый, Хусейн всегда интересовался нужна ли помощь, оперативно реагировал на вопросы. Завтрак достаточный, все свежее. Стоимость для центра Стамбула более чем хорошая. Я не беру люкс отели 5*( где тоже можно найти недостатки), я пишу об отелях такого же уровня. Стоимость там гораздо выше. Номер большой. Все работало. Кровать отличная. Холодильник, плита-все ок. Посуды достаточно. Чисто. Уборка отличная. Постельное белье и полотенца меняли. Мы приезжаем в Стамбул ежегодно, всегда останавливались в разных местах, не повторялись, т.к. везде были свои нюансы, но теперь в следующий раз мы будем останавливаться только здесь. Большое Спасибо сотрудникам отеля за прием, качество сервиса и клиентоориентированность.

Absolute Everything. I can’t relate to any of the negative comments. I loved the room in fact I extended my stay and it became my favorite place to stay in Istanbul. The room is cozy and pet friendly. My cat loves the rooms, she can sit on the window sill, watching the other cats outside. it’s safe for cats not to fall and the bed is very comfortable! Whenever I needed something, the manager helped and provided me with everything I needed! They are very attentive and the cleaning staff is very nice. I would absolutely recommend friends to stay at this place
