I never got to stay here and glad I didn’t.
Cons:

The fact that the manager oor whoever it is didn’t let us in before check on time but let the other couple in and we got there at the same time. I had to look for another accommodation with 3 kids out on the street. He was so unprofessional

Pros:

Närheten till allt. Vi gavs möjlighet till att byta boende efter ett par dagar.

Cons:

Boendet var inte där det stod att det skulle vara.
Vi fick först ett rum som var under all kritik. Efter klagomål fick vi byta till ett mycket bättre och större rum.

Pros:

They provide a kitchen with adequate utensils, large rooms with three beds (1 queen-size and two single-size). They are really helpful to provide car rental from the hotel to the airport with affordable price.

Cons:

They missed to repair the shower because it was leak.

Terrible Service
Cons:

The property failed to provide the accommodation I paid for, resulting in a distressing situation that required police intervention. ​My reservation clearly specified a room with one large double bed. Upon arrival, the property only provided two single beds. When I brought this to the staff's attention, they refused to rectify the situation. Because of their hostility and refusal to honor the booking, I was forced to call the police, who subsequently involved the local Tourism Police. ​Only after the Tourism Police intervened and pointed out the clear terms of my booking did the local management offer an alternative. They asked me to stay 20 minutes away room with a double bed with this room where are rwo simgle .could not left my daughter alone.While I accepted their resolution in good faith, the
​Furthermore, the alternative room provided was completely unlivable. It had a severe, overpowering smell of damp and mold, making it a health hazard to sleep in. ​The property fundamentally breached the contract of our booking, exhibited terrible customer service, and provided a room unfit for human habitation. I expect a full refund for this booking and confirmation of what actions will be taken against this property.

Нам предоставили оба номера не те, которые были на картинках.
Pros:

Расположение хорошее. Центр. И мраморное море рядом - погулять.
В номере 20 была терраса- мы там кушали, это было прекрасно.

Cons:

Во-первых, адрес отеля куда мы шли с чемоданами, так как такси не проехало, оказался адрес ресепшн. А в отель потом снова пешком 5 минут с чемоданами. Пароль от вай-фай изменили, но написать об этом а номере забыли. Лежат бумаги с неработающем паролем. Как так? Главное написано - звоните в любое время. Но ! Телефоны которые стоят - не работают. Пришлось идти.
Мы снимали 2 номера. Номер 20 на 2 этаже был хорош за счет террасы. Номер 32 - полный ужас. Вечером заселились, утром хотели требовать нас переселить. Но ушли на раннюю экскурсию и поздно приехали. Так и остались. Воняет плесенью. Все ветхое - такую мебель только на мусорку. И грязные полы. Не знаю сколько их не мыли.

Quiet private accommodation in great location in old Istanbul
Pros:

Private room with bathroom in what was presumably built as a residential house. I think this company own a number of properties in the area which they have converted into tourist accommodation; from the outside it just looks like a private house, not a hotel. It was very peaceful in a really good but quiet location in old Istanbul, 10 minutes walk from the Blue Mosque and St Sophia's but very quiet at night-time.

I was allowed to store my bags at their office for a few hours after check-out. The staff were really helpful and friendly.

Pros:

Posizione fantastica in centro storico a due passi dalle principali attrazioni e musei storici. Vicinissimi ristoranti, supermercati, cambi monete e negozi di artigianato locale.
L'appartamento è dotato di tutti i comfort, e se qualcosa manca, basta contattare lo staff che subito provvede. Hüseyin è stato sempre molto gentile e disponibile a soddisfare le nostre richieste.

Cons:

La cucina potrebbe essere più fornita di utensili, ma se si richiedono vengono subito forniti.

Администратор Усеин просто умничка!
Pros:

Останавливались с семьёй. Расположение хорошее, Мечеть Султанахмет и Ай-София в пешей доступности. Номера чистые, в душе напор горячей воды хороший. Администратор Усеин очень вежливый, исполнял все наши просьбы. Организовал нам трансфер туда и обратно. У нас был очень ранний отъезд и он нам даже завтрак с собой дал👍

Jó elhelyezkedés, közel a látnivalókhoz. Közel van a villamoshoz is. Teraszon tudtunk reggelizni és vacsorázni. Tetszett hogy volt hűtő, vízforraló. Tányérok és evőeszközök. Rendszeresen jött a személyzet takarítani, ágyneműt cserélni. Rugalmas be-és kijelentkezési lehetőség.
