I will stay here every time I’m in Provo.
Pros:

Great location. Clean. It smelled wonderful when you walk into the room. Breakfast was better than most places I’ve been. Manu at the front desk was amazing. So friendly. So helpful! I could have talked to her for hours. Such a sweet person.

Good stay just don’t think I’ll come back just becuz of the bathroom and shower being 2 different rooms.

Pros:

Room was very nice. Couldn’t find lights or heat. No scrambled eggs at breakfast. Attendant kept telling us that she was making them but after 20 min we left. Biscuits & gravy inedible.

Clean, but need bathrooms need TLC
Pros:

Clean and good location.

Cons:

Shower was not great. The water pressure was almost a zero. Very surprised about that. The doors to the bathroom and shower were difficult to open/close - they were sliding doors like a closet. Very strange and awkward.
