Pros:

Room was very nice. Couldn’t find lights or heat. No scrambled eggs at breakfast. Attendant kept telling us that she was making them but after 20 min we left. Biscuits & gravy inedible.

Clean, but need bathrooms need TLC
Pros:

Clean and good location.

Cons:

Shower was not great. The water pressure was almost a zero. Very surprised about that. The doors to the bathroom and shower were difficult to open/close - they were sliding doors like a closet. Very strange and awkward.

Le personnel super sympa

Vraiment très déçu. J’ai choisi une chambre chère à Provo car j’étais fatigué de mon voyage.
Après m’être douché, avoir déballé mes affaires et mis au lit j’ai entendu un bruit intense de soufflerie. Je me suis rendu compte au bout de quelques minutes qu’il s’agissait en fait de la chaufferie de l’hôtel… sous ma fenêtre !!!! Trop fatigué et tard pour demander à changer de chambre, je l’ai signalé le lendemain et j’ai demandé une compensation. Réponse ? Aucune. Incroyable de payer 150$ pour une chambre bruyante et n’avoir aucune réponse.
