Pros:

The staff was very accommodating and the restaurant was exceptional 👌. They catered for our dietary requirements and more.We took the half board package and was extremely happy with our choice.Scones and tea at 4pm ,complimentary every day,was totally delicious.

Cons:

Nothing really.Its a quaint older hotel with beautiful vintage touches.Don't expect modern!!

It was ok for the one night
Pros:

Room nice warm,… view great….breakfast great

Cons:

Very very noisy. Loud talking doors slamming. I don’t understand why they have to place everyone next to each other when they are not fully occupied?

Amazing place!
Pros:

The room was so cozy and romantic with the fireplace and hot tub on our porch. It was incredibly clean and the food at the restaurant was fantastic! The views are incredible and the pool table and bar area just added to the comfort

3 Day much needed break surrounded by beautiful views, comfort and great staff
Pros:

Amazing staff who were always willing to assist when we needed them. Beautiful views of the lagoon from our room and a very comfortable bed. We opted for the dinner, bed and breakfast package which was great as we never had to leave the hotel and been a icey cold 3 days it was perfect.

Cons:

The initial booking system/communication from the call centre. It would be easier and more user friendly to deal directly with the hotel from the start. My communication/requests thereafter with the hotel directly were great.
