The apartment was advertised as sea facing, very disappointing that we were right at the back only seeing the tip of the mountain. The apartment needs some new furniture or some kind of a facelift

Conveniently situated and check in/out was easy. Any problems were quickly dealt with.
Pros:

Very secure and parking available. The studio apartment we were in was very spacious. It had a balcony but unfortunately this received no sun all day.

Cons:

There is a communal pool but it’s very small and insufficient sunbeds at busier times.
The walls are very thin!

The view of sunset was amazing
Pros:

The location is amazing and the view is breathtaking. We loved staying in the unit and the unit is large and very comfortable. The wifi is good and their is satellite tv as well. Was really easy to pick up the keys and get checked in.

Cons:

There are a few minor maintenance issues which we reported but they do not detract from the unit

We were delighted with the property and experience, a stunning location and views of the mountains and breathtaking sunsets, tasteful apartment (with upgrade), kitchen, laundry facilities, two balconies, separate bathrooms for the 3 bedrooms, extremely secure 24/7 with visible security staff, responsive communication available through Whatsapp to reception and late-ish check-in available. Matresses in one bedroom were a bit on the hard side, but thoroughly loved it and would return

Lovely apartment, clean and neat. Very safe. Close proximity to the centre of camps bay.

Cons:

Part of a large complex, over 150 meters walking distance from the main gate. Host was unable to provide gate remote due to complex rules on guests who don't have cars but rely on ride-hailing for transport. The walking was very inconveniencing.

Great accommodation
Pros:

Excellent apartment. Well equipped, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Would highly recommend. Only downside was the steps up to the apartment for my partner with dodgy knees!

Disappointing! Great neighborhood, possibly nice place, poor upkeep and terrible communication.
Cons:

There were several issues with the apartment, including a frig that wouldn't close and so kept beeping, AC that didn't work and the bathtub without a stopper. I waited several days for items to be fixed, was told they had been when they had not, and I finally asked to be moved to another apartment. I left a week early from my entire trip to So Africa due to not being able to sleep and not being offered any other options until the morning we were leaving, after we had already purchased a return flight. I would like a refund for that week, but I got no response to that request, not surprising.

Great views, beautiful spacious apartment in the best part of Capetown

It was spacious, clean, had wonderful staff and breathtaking views

Cons:

Checking-in from a different property, the squeaking sound made by the upstairs doors during windy nights and some of the minor maintenance issues such as basins that won’t open and the fridge unit that’s falling apart, one of the bedrooms curtains had stains and the aluminium doors were not clean
