位置稍為偏遠,從地鐵站步行到酒店要10-15分鐘,出口近,但由月台至出口是非常遠的,附近亦沒什麼可逛,但考慮到價格,也算合理。
浴缸太跣,直接躺下會有危險,應該要加防滑墊。
Le confort du lit, la grandeur de la chambre, le personnel aimable, les kits/accessoires dans la salle de bains.
La piscine n'était pas chauffée. La chasse d'eau ne se remplissait pas bien, le carrelage dans les toilettes était un peu abîmé (des morceaux se détachaient) et les joints dans la douche étaient un peu grossiés pour un établissement de ce standing.

Stay Experience – Very Disappointing
Hardware / Room Facilities:
The air conditioning was practically ineffective. The room remained uncomfortably warm throughout the entire night even after I turned the AC to the lowest temperature. An engineering staff member came to check, gave it a very quick look, declared “no problem” and left within 2 minutes. Nothing was actually fixed, and the cooling performance stayed poor the whole time.
Service / Front Desk:
The front desk service was extremely disappointing, particularly from the staff member named Eden. I arrived very late (early morning hours) and was hoping for at least basic courtesy. Unfortunately, Eden displayed an arrogant and impatient attitude from the beginning. She was unwilling to listen to or patiently explain check-in requirements, spoke in a raised and aggressive tone, and seemed intentionally trying to embarrass or intimidate me during the process. This was by far one of the worst front desk experiences I’ve ever had at any hotel.
Overall, both the hardware (ineffective AC) and the software (terrible attitude from front desk) made this stay very uncomfortable and frustrating. I would not recommend this property based on this experience.
Kids play room that didn’t need money to play arcade. The buffet options both breakfast and dinner. Location was great

We paid and stayed at the 60M2 King Studio Suite with Golf View - High Floor ( Level 21 - 3 nights and Level 27 8 nights ) between 15 Dec 2025 to 31 Dec 2025. We expected a spacious room as presented to us.
Size of the room, Bathroom suite and Wardrobe space are reasonably planned, well used space for 2 persons ( couple ).
The View is good on the Higher floor. We get to view the sky despite the weather.
One of the young Reception staff ( Amelia ) at the Hotel Front Desk is nice and good in Customer services, although she is new to the Hotel job, but she has a very nice smile and politeness, she did try her best to serve her hotel guests better than most of her peers.
Bathroom - Marble floor in the main Vanity area has a big crack that can easily cut the skin of bare feet if you step over it.
Outer rim of the Bathtub has a big gap to the top ( facing the shower )
Sealant - Maintenance workmanship on the Floor and Wall joint was poor and not properly removed prior to proper seal to all wall / floor joints.
This is the job of JW Marriott Hotel Engineer / Housekeeping department. It appears that no one pays attention to WEAR and TEAR over the years.
Seating zone - Large and Armchair were in POOR condition ( upholstery fabric, cushion supports ). It should have been totally replaced 3 years ago. It appears that the seating set was installed from the Hotel opening years ago.
Executive Lounge - Food and Beverage ( other than fresh fresh fried / boiled eggs, selected pastries, fresh fruits and water ) are POOR ( quality of the produce and cooking ).
Executive Lounge - Uniforms for the EL staff are POOR. Their uniforms are un-ironed, old and unfit, however, they are wearing it daily to serve. Housekeeping must take care of this aspect.
Executive Lounge - New Interior design is desperately required, as the space layout, furniture, fitout, lighting etc are very old and dated. It is DEPRESSING to be a guest using this executive lounge.
Staff - They are good, and try their best to serve customers. It will be helpful if the English language comes at ease for some of them.
Lobby Lounge - DEPRESSING and AGED.

Roman at reception is very nice
