Warmth amidst hot summer
Pros:

It is my first time in Shenzhen and I chose JW Marriott hotel in Futian because back in my home country Singapore JW Marriott hotel is my favourite. The service and hospitality here is amazing and staffs are helpful and polite. Special shout out to housekeeping staff Ms 唐西彩 who made our room throughout our stay as she is so lovely and helpful. In addition, I would also like to thank the concierge and front office staffs who helped us. Will definitely choose this hotel when I come back to Shenzhen again.

I had a wonderful stay and am truly grateful for the excellent hospitality shown by the entire JW Marriott Futian team, special mentions of Morgan and Penny from Concierge ("礼宾部") —everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I was also pleasantly surprised by the value for money; we had the JW Suite with Executive Lounge access, given the room rate, the size and comfort of the suite were exceptionally generous.

Cons:

My only minor gripe is the Wi-Fi connection, which was frustratingly weak and made it impossible to access Google, YouTube, or WhatsApp reliably. A friendly tip for future guests: save yourself the headache and rely on your own international phone card or mobile data for anything important, rather than depending on the hotel network.

Pros:

We loved our Deluxe Room, the Executive Lounge and the Breakfast Buffet. Staff were polite and our questions were answered. The lobby decor looks a bit dated and hard to relate to, but that is minor. The room was comfortable and the location was excellent, near the mall and the Futian port going back to HK. Would consider going back.

Pros:

Лучшее в этом отеле - его расположение. Завтрак был вкусным, разнообразным. Номера чистые. 3 минуты до метро CheGongMiao.

Cons:

Отель немного уставший, не новый. Дороговат, соотношение цена/качество.

Pros:

Отличный реконструированный отель. Красиво выглядит. Номера уютные, свежие, широкие, с удобной кроватью и удобными подушками, с полным набором ванных принадлежностей (зубная щетка, паста, ватные диски и т.д). В отеле прекрасные завтраки, кухня как азиатская, так и европейская. Отель в 150 м от метро, очень удобно.

Cons:

Всё понравилось, только не хватает гигиенического душа в туалете.

Pros:

The people working at this hotel were awesome particularly the manager who helped me fix one of the problem created by me! The shower, the bed and the amenities offered were up-to par!

Five star international hospitality
Pros:

We stayed for four nights and enjoyed it very much. The JW Marriott Shenzhen has all the modern conveniences of a five-star international brand. The rooms were contemporary and well kept, and the staff were friendly and very hospitable. Despite not all staff being fluent in English and our lack of Chinese, everything flowed very well. If you enjoy big breakfasts, the buffet breakfast option is exceptional value for money. The gym was also very well equipped and maintained.

The only two downsides: the check-in experience was somewhat slow and confusing (this was just our personal observation). Also the property is not really walking distance to any of the major attractions or shopping areas. However, the subway station is less than a five minute walk away, and ordering a car service via the Didi app is very fast, convenient and reasonably priced. These are not dealbreakers, and we would definitely recommend this hotel.

Pros:

Le confort du lit, la grandeur de la chambre, le personnel aimable, les kits/accessoires dans la salle de bains.

Cons:

La piscine n'était pas chauffée. La chasse d'eau ne se remplissait pas bien, le carrelage dans les toilettes était un peu abîmé (des morceaux se détachaient) et les joints dans la douche étaient un peu grossiés pour un établissement de ce standing.

預算不太高而又想試國際五星品牌之選
Pros:

房間寬敞舒適，有大浴缸，行政酒廊下午茶可以當晚餐輕食。
早餐非常豐富，款式多，味道亦好

Cons:

位置稍為偏遠，從地鐵站步行到酒店要10-15分鐘，出口近，但由月台至出口是非常遠的，附近亦沒什麼可逛，但考慮到價格，也算合理。
浴缸太跣，直接躺下會有危險，應該要加防滑墊。
