Bel hôtel, très agréable, calme, très bel espace détente
Pros:

Belle chambre, spacieuse, calme malgré les avions qui atterrissent et décollent très près, très bonne literie, petite terrasse, plateau bouilloire avec thé et café, belle salle de bain avec douche italienne
Petits déjeuners buffet bon et copieux,
Personnel agréable et 2 personnes parlant français (service et accueil)
espace piscine, jacuzzi, spa très agréable,

Cons:

pas de restauration sur place, restaurant juste à côté mais un peu cher.

Nice breakfast with good choice of fruits, cakes, bread, hand and cheese, scrambled eggs, bacon and pancakes

Cons:

Maybe the strong smell of chlorine at the first floor, but bearable

Great stay downtown
Pros:

Comfortable, air conditioned room with a balcony. Enjoyed the heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and Turkish bath! Good price and location - walkable to downtown shops, restaurants, and the marina/waterfront.

Cons:

Towels for the pool required a 10€ cash deposit, which is understandable for this island - luckily we had enough cash for two people. Room did not have a mini fridge

Très agréable
Pros:

Belles chambres bien meublées avec un balcon (table et fauteuils).
Bon p déjeuner

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner pourrait être optimisé avec la possibilité d'avoir de l'eau chaude pour le thé en petite carafe et non uniquement via la machine qui sert principalement le café et les capucinos.
En matière de fruits nous avons été déçus par l'absence d'ananas.
Enfin, la mise à disposition d'une bouteille d'eau dans les chambres serait appréciée.

Ótima opção em Ponta Delgada
Pros:

Localização excelente, dá para passear no centro histórico a pé. Café da manhã muito bom. Funcionários atenciosos e prestativos.
Cama boa, com dois travesseiros.

Cons:

Banheiro com box sem fechamento, isto é, após o banho inevitavelmente a água passava e molhava do lado de fora. Toalhas de banho pequenas e mesmo sem uso, pareciam estar úmidas. Sem opção de lugar para pendurar qualquer coisa.
