A charming and comfortable hotel with a lovely atmosphere
Pros:

A lovely, welcoming hotel with a warm and pleasant atmosphere, conveniently located within walking distance of the old town and its main attractions.

The staff were friendly, polite, and always happy to help with useful information and recommendations.

Our room was spacious, very comfortable, and spotlessly clean, with a lovely view over the city. The bed was especially comfortable, making it a wonderful place to relax after a day exploring the island.

The pool and spa area were charming and added a lovely touch to the whole experience.

A very pleasant and comfortable stay. I would happily recommend this hotel!

Cons:

The breakfast itself was fresh and tasty, but the organization could definitely be improved. The breakfast room was always crowded, with a constant sense of rushing around, searching for an available table, and moving between different areas to find what you needed. Some items were available one moment and missing the next. Nothing particularly serious, but the whole experience felt unnecessarily hectic and a little chaotic, rather than relaxed and enjoyable.

Pros:

El desayuno: normal. Está bien.
No hice uso de otras instalaciones, sí me las ofrecieron.

Cons:

No tengo ninguna queja. Todo me pareció muy bien. La habitación maravillosa, cama super cómoda. El baño y la habitación grandes y cómodo. Las vistas geniales, con balcón. Me sentí bien acogida tanto por el personal como por el sitio.

Gute Lage, freundliches Personal, gut ausgestattete Zimmer, parken an der Straße günstig möglich, angenehmes Frühstück

Cons:

Ein Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer wäre echt gut. Auch eine Ablage für den 2. Koffer wäre super

Convient for early flights
Pros:

The distance to the airpot is very convenient.
The staff is very friendly.

Cons:

The hotel is quite of age, which inherently is not a negative thing but there could/should be efforts done to alleviate the room and especially the breakfast room which felt like a loveless cantine.
The room was clean but old, pillows were worn out, AC was very very old and had just an on/off button. Walls and windows are not soundproof, you can hear the neighbours talk. go to the bathroom and a lot of noise coming from the streets.
Breakfast was extremely disappointing (at least compared to what we had in previous stays on this Island and other Islands). The freshness and/or the quality of the produce served was also questionable, I got tummy sick a few hours later and it can only be from what I ate at the breakfast.
There is a lot that could be done to improve the quality of the hotel.
