Pleasant Stay
Pros:

We spent seven nights at hotel Ponta Delgada. We had a lovely stay and most of the staff were very pleasant. Check-in was easy and our room was really quite nice. The hotel was very clean but could be updated as well. Breakfast in the morning was OK nothing fancy. The pool and the Jacuzzi were also OK however, it was always busy and crowded when I tried to use it. The best part of the hotel is the bar area . Staff that tend to the bar were so friendly and so attentive. I would recommend this hotel.

Pros:

La chambre était spacieuse et propre. La salle de bain était assez grande. La présence d'un balcon est un plus. Le petit-déjeuner était bon. La piscine intérieure était agréable.

Cons:

Dans la chambre, il manquait un mini-réfrigérateur, cela aurait été pratique. Le sauna n'était ouvert que 18h à 21h, des horaires plus larges auraient été appréciés.

Unwelcoming Staff spoil a potentially good hotel
Pros:

Location, parking and bathroom

Cons:

The welcome! No welcome, just an immediate set of rules and things you can't do. Dreadful start.
Breakfast - like a canteen and quality average at best. Like a school lunch.
